“Yes for Europe”

Двадесет и четирима младежи от шест различни страни, станаха част от обучителен курс по програмата „Еразъм+“, който се проведе в Берлин, Германия от 30-ти октомври до 5ти ноември. Участниците бяха от Гърция, Турция, Армения, Хърватска, България и Германия.
Идеята за този проект бе породена от факта, че участието на младите хора в политическия живот на национално ниво, но освен това и на европейско ниво е изправено пред сериозна криза. Основният фокус бяха младите хора и тяхната роля в обществото, важността на ангажираността им и активното им включване в демократичните процеси, поставяйки акцент върху активната им гражданска позиция. Международното сътрудничество в полето на младежта и неформалното образование, подкрепи увеличаването на уменията и компетенциите на участниците и подобрявайки познанията им ги направи по-конкурентноспособни на пазара на труда. От друга страна, изграждайки мрежа от организации, работещи за популязирането на активното гражданство, чрез работа с младежи и неформално образование, организаторите имаха за цел да развият нови инструменти и методи, с цел да модернизират обучението, практиката и работата с млади хора като цяло и да я направят по-привлекателна и ползотворна за съответната целева група.
Инициативата OneEurope води началото си от Фейсбук общество, стартирано от група млади про-европейски ентусиасти, основно дискутиращи политиката на ЕС, потенциала на Европейските проекти и перспективите, които те предлагат на младите хора. Благодарение на активния принос на участниците, проектът скоро придоби формат на общество и се разви в интернет платформа за млади европейци, където те могат да поставят интересуващи ги теми за дебат под формата на публикации.
Чрез ежедневното публикуване на автентични новинарски материали, ОneEurope придоби репутация на уникална гражданска медия, която не само предлага на европейците платформа, от която да се изкажат, но също така третира различни аспекти на европейските измерения, включително международните отношения, политика, икономика, социален и културен живот, образование и иновации и разбира се младежката активност. Първоначалната цел на платформата беше да предизвика дебат, относно значими европейски въпроси и да убеди младите хора, че тяхното мнение е важно. Понастоящем вниманието е фокусирано върху популяризирането на европейската същност, давайки непредубеден анализ по различни въпроси, инициирайки диалог между гражданите и европейските власти и включването на младите европейци при вземането на решения. Освен че е платформа за публикации, Оne Europe предоставя на младите хора възможността да придобият собствен опит в медийното поле. Сега екипът на платформата обхваща около 200 доброволци, допринасящи за проекта като писатели, редактори, социални медийни мениджъри на 8 платформи, посланици и графични дизайнери. Също така тяхната мисия е не само да информират и да инициират дискусии, но и да оказват влияние в полза на Европа и гражданите и. Затова за тях е от изключителен интерес да се развиват в областта на младежката работа, достигайки все повече млади хора и изграждайки мрежа с други европейски неправителствени организации.
Целите по време на проекта „Yes For Europe“бяха да се предостави на участниците образователна подкрепа и пространство за изследването и споделянето на различни гледни точки, разбиране и концепции за гражданството, изследване на смисъла и отношението на европейското гражданство към младежката работа. Организаторите се направиха успешен опит да отразят схващането за европейската идентичност и залегналите в основата му ценности (демокрация, толерантност, плурализъм, човешки права) и да предизвикат дебат относно бъдещето развитие на концепцията за европейското гражданство, изготвяйки конкретни планове за действие на национално ниво, с цел да може фразата „младежко участие” да има реален смисъл и последно, но не най-маловажно, да се промотира и улесни активната употреба на различни програми, които могат да популязизират европейското гражданство чрез работа с млади хора със специален акцент върху „Еразъм+“.

“Yes for Europe”

Twenty four people from six different countries became part of a an Erasmus + training course in Berlin, Germany from 30th October till 5th November 2015. The participating countries were Greece, Turkey, Armenia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Germany.
The idea of this training course was driven by the fact that participation of young people in political life on national level, but above all on European level, faces a serious crisis. The main focus were young people and their role in the society, importance of their engagement and active involvement in democratic processes, especially active citizenship. International cooperation in youth field and non-formal education supported boosting participants’ skills and competences, improving the knowledge and in that way increased their competitiveness in labour market. From the other side, by creating the network of organizations active in promotion of active citizenship through youth work and non-formal education, the organizers aimed to develop new tools and methods to modernise education, training and youth work in general and make it more attractive and beneficial for the target group.
The initiative OneEurope was started as a Facebook community by a group of young pro-European enthusiasts, mainly for discussing EU politics, the potential of the European project and the perspectives it offers for young people. Due to the active input of the participants the project soon outgrew the community format and developed into a web-platform for young Europeans where they could address the issues of their interests in the form of publications.
By publishing daily new authentic content OneEurope gained a reputation of a unique citizens media which not only offers young Europeans a platform to speak out, but embraces different aspects of European dimension, including international relations, politics, economy, social and cultural life, education and innovations, and, of course, youth activism. The primary goal of OneEurope was to raise a debate, touch upon significant European issues and persuade young people that their opinion is valuable. The current focuses include promoting European identity, giving a non-biased analysis of European issues, initiating a dialogue between citizens and the EU authorities and involving young Europeans in decision-making process. Apart of being a publishing platform, OneEurope offers young people an opportunity to get a first-hand experience in the field of media. Currently the team of OneEurope embraces around 200 volunteers contributing to the project as writers, editors, social media managers for 8 platforms, ambassadors and graphic designers.
Still their mission is not only to inform and initiate discussions, but to make an impact for the benefit of Europe and Europeans. Therefore OneEurope is highly interested to develop into the direction of youth work, reach more young people, network with other European NGOs.
The objectives during the particular project “Yes for Europe” were toprovide the participants with educational support and open space for exploring and sharing different visions, understandings and concepts of citizenship, to explore the meaning and relevance of European citizenship in youth work. The organizers wanted to reflect on the notion of European identity and its underlying values (democracy, tolerance, plurality, human rights) and to raise the debate on the future development of the concept of European citizenship, also to make concrete plans for action on local/national levels in order to make “youth participation” more than just a phrase and last but not least to promote and facilitate active use of different programmes that can support promotion of European citizenship through youth work with a special accent on „Erasmus+“.

Veinticuatro personas de seis países diferentes participaron en un curso de formación por “Erasmus+” en Berlín, Alemania, del 30 de octubre al 05 de noviembre 2015.Los países participantes fueron Grecia, Turquía, Armenia, Croacia, Bulgaria y Alemania.
La idea de este curso de formación fue impulsada por el hecho de que la participación de los jóvenes en la vida política a nivel nacional, pero sobre todo en el ámbito europeo, se enfrenta a una grave crisis.El foco principal eran los jóvenes y su papel en la sociedad, la importancia de su compromiso y la participación activa en los procesos democráticos, la ciudadanía especialmente activa.La cooperación internacional en el ámbito de la juventud y la educación no formal apoyó impulsar las habilidades y competencias de los participantes, la mejora de sus conocimientos y de esa manera aumento de su competitividad en el mercado laboral.Por otro lado, mediante la creación de la red de organizaciones que trabajan en la promoción de la ciudadanía activa a través del trabajo con jóvenes y la educación no formal, los organizadores intentaron a desarrollar nuevas herramientas y métodos de modernización de la educación, la formación y el trabajo con jóvenes en general y hacerlo más atractivo y beneficioso para el grupo objetivo.
La iniciativa OneEurope se inició como una comunidad de Facebook por un grupo dejóvenes entusiastas europeístas, principalmente para discutir la política de la UE, el potencial del proyecto europeo y las perspectivas que ofrece para los jóvenes.Debido a la aporte activo de los participantes el proyecto pronto superó el formato de comunidad y se convirtió en una plataforma web para los jóvenes europeos, donde podrían abordar los temas de sus intereses en forma de publicaciones.
Mediante la publicación diaria de nuevos contenidos auténticos OneEurope consiguió una reputación de un único medio de comunicación ciudadano, que no sólo ofrece a los jóvenes europeos una plataforma para hablar, sino que abarca diferentes aspectos de la dimensión europea, incluso las relaciones internacionales, la política, la economía, la vida social y cultural, la educación e innovaciones y, por supuesto, activismo juvenil.El objetivo principal de OneEurope era elevar un debate, referido a cuestiones europeas importantes y persuadir a los jóvenes que su opinión es valiosa.Los enfoques actuales incluyen la promoción de la identidad europea, dando un análisis no sesgada de los asuntos europeos, iniciando un diálogo entre los ciudadanos y las autoridades de la UE y que involucran a los jóvenes europeos en el proceso de toma de decisiones.Aparte de ser una plataforma de publicación, OneEurope ofrece a los jóvenes la oportunidad de obtener una experiencia de primera mano en el campo de los medios de comunicación.Actualmente el equipo de OneEurope abarca alrededor de 200 voluntarios que contribuyen al proyecto como escritores, editores, directores de medios de comunicación social para 8 plataformas, embajadores y diseñadores gráficos.
Aún así su misión es no sólo para informar e iniciar discusiones, pero para hacer un impacto en beneficio de Europa y de los europeos.Por lo tanto OneEurope estan altamente interesados en desarrollar en la dirección de trabajo juvenil, llegar a las personas más jóvenes, trabajar en red con otras ONGs europeas.Los objetivos durante el proyecto en particular “Yes for Europe” eran ofrecer los participantes el apoyo educativo y espacio abierto para explorar y compartir diferentes visiones, interpretaciones y conceptos de ciudadanía, para explorar el significado y la relevancia de la ciudadanía europea en trabajo juvenil.Los organizadores querían reflexionar sobre la noción de identidad europea y sus valores fundamentales (la democracia, la tolerancia, la pluralidad, los derechos humanos) y elevar el debate sobre el futuro desarrollo del concepto de ciudadanía europea,también para hacer planes concretos de actuación sobre / niveles nacional y local a fin de que „la participación juvenil“ sea algo más que una frase, y por último pero no menos importante, para promover y facilitar el uso activo de los diferentes programas que pueden apoyar la promoción de la ciudadanía europea a través del trabajo juvenil con un acento especial en “Erasmus+”.

Vierundzwanzig Jugendliche aus sechs verschiedenen Ländern wurden Teil eines Schulungskurses im Rahmen des Programms “Erasmus+”, der von 30. Oktober bis 5. November in Berlin, Deutschland durchgeführt wurde. Die Teilnehmer waren aus Griechenland, der Türkei, Armenien, Kroatien, Bulgarien und Deutschland.
Die Idee zu diesem Projekt war aus der Tatsache geboren, dass die Beteiligung junger Menschen am politischen Leben auf nationaler Ebene, aber auch auf europäischer Ebene vor einer ernsten Krise steht. Der Hauptfokus war auf die jungen Leute und ihre Rolle in der Gesellschaft, die Wichtigkeit ihres Engagements und ihre aktive Einbindung in demokratische Prozesse, wobei ein Akzent auf ihre aktive zivile Position gesetzt wurde. Die internationale Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Jugend und der nichtformalen Bildung hilft bei der Erweiterung der Fertigkeiten und Kompetenzen der Teilnehmer und indem sie ihre Kenntnisse verbessern, werden sie wettbewerbsfähiger am Arbeitsmarkt. Andererseits, in dem ein Netzwerk von Organisationen aufgebaut wird, die durch die Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und nichtformaler Bildung an der Popularisierung aktiver Bürgerschaft arbeiten, zielten die Organisatoren darauf, neue Instrumente und Methoden zu entwickeln, um Schulungen, Praktika und die Arbeit mit jungen Menschen im Allgemeinen zu modernisieren und sie attraktiver und ergiebiger für die Zielgruppe zu machen.
Die Initiative OneEurope hatte ihren Anfang in einer Facebook-Gemeinschaft, gestartet von einer Gruppe junger pro-europäischer Enthusiasten, die vor allem die EU-Politik diskutierten, das Potential der europäischen Projekte und die Perspektiven, die diese jungen Menschen bieten. Dank dem aktiven Beitrag der Teilnehmer nahm das Projekt bald die Form einer Gemeinschaft an und entwickelte sich zu einer Internet-Plattform für junge Europäer, wo diese Themen, die sie interessieren, in Form von Publikationen zur Diskussion stellen können.
Durch das alltägliche Publizieren von authentischen News-Materialien, hat sich ОneEurope den Ruf eines einzigartigen zivilen Mediums erworben, das nicht nur jungen Europäern eine Plattform bietet, wo sie sich frei äußern können, sondern auch verschiedene Aspekte europäischer Dimensionen umfasst wie internationale Beziehungen, Politik, Wirtschaft, soziales und kulturelles Leben, Bildung und Innovationen und selbstverständlich Jugendaktivität. Das anfängliche Ziel der Plattform war, bedeutende europäische Fragen betreffende Debatten auszulösen und junge Leute zu überzeugen, dass ihre Meinung wichtig ist. Die derzeitige Aufmerksamkeit richtet sich auf die Beliebtheit des europäischen Wesens, wobei eine objektive Analyse zu verschiedenen Fragen geboten wird, ein Dialog zwischen den Bürgern und den europäischen Mächten und die Einbindung junger Europäer in die Entscheidungsfindung initiiert wird. Abgesehen davon, dass es eine Plattform für Publikationen ist, bietet Оne Europe jungen Leuten die Möglichkeit, eigene Erfahrungen im Bereich der Medien zu sammeln. Heute umfasst das Team der Plattform ca. 200 Freiwillige, die zum Projekt als Schriftsteller, Redakteure, Verwalter von Social-Media auf acht Kanälen, Botschafter und Grafikdesigner beitragen. Weiters umfasst ihre Mission nicht nur, zu informieren und Diskussionen zu initiieren, sondern auch, Einfluss zu nehmen zum Nutzen für Europa und seiner Bürger. Darum ist es für sie von besonderem Interesse, sich im Feld der Jugendarbeit zu entwickeln um noch mehr junge Leute zu erreichen und Netzwerke mit anderen europäischen NGOs aufzubauen.
Die Ziele während dem Projekt „Yes For Europe“ waren, den Teilnehmern Unterstützung in Form von Bildung und einen Raum zum Forschen und zum Teilen unterschiedlicher Sichtweisen zu bieten, sowie Verständnis und Kompetenzen über die Bürgerschaft und die Erforschung des Sinns und der Beziehung der europäischen Bürgerschaft zur Jugendarbeit. Die Organisatoren wollten das Verständnis über die europäische Identität und die auf darauf basierenden Werte (Demokratie, Toleranz, Pluralismus, Menschenrechte) wiederspiegeln und Debatten betreffend die zukünftige Entwicklung der Auffassung der europäischen Bürgerschaft auszulösen, wobei konkrete Pläne über die Tätigkeit auf nationaler Ebene vorbereitet wurden, mit dem Ziel, dass der Ausdruck „Jugendbeteiligung” einen realen Sinn bekommt. Zu guter Letzt wurde die Anwendung verschiedener Programme beworben und erleichtert, welche durch die Arbeit mit jungen Leuten, mit speziellem Akzent auf „Erasmus+“, die europäische Bürgerschaft beliebter machen können.
