Обмен на добри практики в обучението “Crime, youth and social service”

Това, което преживяхме, не може да бъде описано с думи. Четири нации, четири култури, четири различни гледни точки събрани на едно място, търсещи решение на проблемите, свързани с престъпност сред младите. Някъде в покрайнините на Балъкесир, Турция, бе „горещата“ точка за един от най-актуалните проблеми на обществото днес.
Основната цел на този проект бе най-вече обменът на т.нар. добри практики, за да можем заедно да потърсим начини за успешна превенция на престъпността сред младежта, но, по мое мнение, стигнахме по-далеч. Като изключим идеите, ние осъзнахме, че проблемите ни имат едно и също „ядро“ – без збанчение дали говорим за децата в България, Италия, Турция или Румъния. Всъщност онова, което бе от най-голяма полза за мен, бе фактът, че преосмислихме основните принципи в социалната работа. Методологията, макар и с различни агрументи, с различни приложения в практикат, е еднаква навсякъде.
От гледната точка на експерт, за мен бе изключително впечатляваща гледната точка на проф. Тициани. Неготово предложение за справяне с агресията (и по срециално, дестката агресия) директно кореспондираше с идеята за множествената интелигентност и развиването на способности за вглеждане над ситуацията. Смятам, че някои от идеите му са приложими дори и в нашето общество и очаквам възможност, за да ги приложа.
Напълно различна бе ситуацията, когато посетихме турската ферма за рехабилитация. Основната идея, която се прокрадваше там бе, че децата са част от природата и за да ги пазим далеч от престъпността, то трябва да ги върнем обратно при нея.
На финала този проект ни помогна да осъзнаем, че няма добри и лоши практики – има такива, които работят в нашите страни, и други, които са подходящи, другаде. Отвъд многообраието от идеи, научих, че трябва да продължаване да търсим иновативни и нови подходи, нови решения, защото няма само едно вярно и правилно.

What our team and I really went though with this project can not be simply explained with words. Four nations, four cultures, four different opinions in one place – all of us disscussing the problems of crime, youth and social service. Somewhere, near to Balıkesir, Turkey, was the hot spot of now-a-days’ social problems.
The aim of the project was to share good practices, to come up with solution how to prevent youth’s crime, but in my opinion, we got more than that. Beyond the ideas, we realized that our problems have one and the same core – there is no difference between children in Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey or Romania. Actually, the most usefull was that we overthought some of the main principes of social work in a differen way. The methods are the same even though they have different arguments for each country and different appearance in the practice.
By the view of expert, one thing really impressed me – the professor Tiziany’s opinion. His suggestion of how to handle with human (in our case – child) agression was directly responsing to the multiple inteligence and improvement of the ability to think over and above the situation. Some of his ideas are aplicable to our society also and I am waiting for opportunity to try them.
In a totally different point of view were the situation when we went to the Turkish bird farm for rehabilitation. The main idea there were that every child is part of the nature and the only way to keep it away from crime is to bring him/her back to the nature.
To sum, the project help me to realize that there isn’t good or bad practice – there are practices that work in one country and other which can solve the problem in another. Beyond the variety of ideas, I learnt that we have to keep looking for new approaches, new solutions because there isn’t just one right.

Austausch guter Praktiken in „Kriminalität, Jugend und Sozialdienst“

Was unser Team und ich mit diesem Projekt durchlebten, kann man nicht einfach mit Worten beschreiben. Vier Nationen, vier Kulturen, vier verschiedene Meinungen an einem Ort – alle von uns diskutierten die Probleme der Kriminalität, Jugend-und soziale Dienste. Irgendwo in der Nähe von Balıkesir, Türkei, war der Hot Spot der jeweiligen sozialen Probleme.
Das Ziel des Projekts war es, bewährte Praktiken mitzuteilen, eine Lösung finden, wie das Verbrechen von Jugentlichen zu verhindern, aber meiner Meinung nach, hatten wir mehr als das.. Jenseits der Ideen, merkten wir, dass unsere Probleme ein und denselben Kern haben – es gibt keinen Unterschied zwischen Kindern in Bulgarien, Italien, der Türkei oder Rumänien. Eigentlich war es sehr nützlich, dass wir einige der wichtigsten Prinzipien der Sozialen Arbeit in einer unterschiedlichen Weise überdachten. Die Methoden sind die gleichen, auch wenn diese unterschiedliche Argumente für jedes Land und anderes Aussehen in die Praxis haben.
Ich als Expert war sehr sehr beeindruckt von der Meinung des Professors Tiziany. Sein Vorschlag, wie man mit menschlicher (in unserem Fall – kindlicher) Aggression umgehen kann, entschpach direkt mit der mehrfachen Intelligence und die Verbesserung der Fähigkeit über die Situation zu denken. Einige seiner Ideen sind anwendbar auch in unserer Gesellschaft und ich warte für die Gelegenheit diese zu testen.
In einer völlig anderen Sicht war die Situation, wenn wir an die türkische Vogelfarm für Rehabilitation gingen. Die Hauptidee war, dass jedes Kind ein Teil der Natur ist und der einzige Weg, es weg von Verbrechen zu halten, ist ihn / sie zurück in die Natur zu bringen.
Zusammenzufassen, das Projekt hat mir zu erkennen geholfen, dass es keine gute oder schlechte Praktiken gibt – es gibt solche, die in einem Land arbeiten und andere, die das Problem in einem anderen Land lösen kann. Neben der Vielfalt von Ideen, erfuhr ich auch, dass wir die Augen offen für neue Ansätze und neue Lösungen halten müssen, weil es nicht nur eine richtige Entscheidung gibt.
