Приключението ни започна на 22 октомври с 23-часово пътуване с автобус. Не бяхме уморени, защото бяхме ентусиазирани, че отиваме в Кайзери, Турция, за да участваме в младежка програма за обмени. В проекта ни New Discoveries through Art and Literature in Europe взеха участие 22 младежи от Турция, Полша, Унгария и България. Целият проект продължи 9 дни и спокойно мога да кажа, че това бяха едни от най-вълнуващите дни в живота ми.
Когато всички групи бяха пристиганали в Кайзери и се бяха настанили в хотела, се събрахме в специалната ни стая, която нарекохме огнената стая. Започнахме работа, като всеки се представи и каза по няколко думи за себе си. След това обядвахме и играхме игри за разчупване на леда целия следобед. На всички ни беше забавно, защото ни беше трудно да запомним имената на другите, но в края на деня вече се познавахме по-добре. В една от работилниците трябваше да напишем и споделим нашите страхове и очаквания за проекта. Много от нещата, които написахме, си приличаха и сега мога да кажа, че очакванията ми се оправдаха и дори бяха надминати.
Не знам дали първо трябва да започна с работилниците и след това да пиша за веселата част, тъй като мисля, че през цялото време се забавлявахме, независимо дали работехме или се разхождахме. За да се запознаем с турското изкуство, отидохме в галерията на много известен турски фотограф. Той ни представи презентация с най-добрите си снимки за живота в различни части на Турция, които на мен ми се сториха прекрасни и вълнуващи. След това отидохме в студиото му, за да си направим снимки. По-късно се разходихме из Forum Kayseri – търговски център, където се забавлявахме много, ядейки сладолед, пиейки турско кафе и чай, снимайки се и разговаряйки. Дори едно от момичетата от турската група ни гледа на кафе.
Друга работилница беше за стереотипите ни относно страните-участнички и какво всъщност знаем за тях. Беше интересно да видим какво мислят другите за нас и да обясним кои стереотипи са верни и кои – не. Също така играхме игри, в които да проверим дали си имаме доверие, но и да изградим връзка помежду си.
Докато учехме за турската култура, посетихме много интересни места. Видяхме зоологическата градина на Кайзери и Мазакаланд, където се разходихме и пихме турски чай. Разходихме се около подземния град Талас, както и в Древен Талас, където екскурзовод ни разказа историята на града. Едно от най-интересните места, които посетихме, беше Кападокия. Всяко кътче от Кападокия беше очарователно – историческите имения и пещерните къщи, магазинът за грънци, в който грънчар ни показа как сами да майсторим глина, Музеят на косата, в който оставихме своя коса, ресторантът, в който се хранихме и танцувахме, хълмовете на Кападокия, където мечтахме… Дори дегустирахме домашно вино от Кападокия, което на всички ни се стори особено вкусно. Всичко беше толкова магическо, че не искахме да си тръгваме.
Свободното ни време също беше невероятно. Отидохме на салса урок, който беше много вълнуващ за мен, защото обожавам да танцувам, пък и салса партньорът ми беше много добър. Направихме си барбекю на хълмовете на Кайзери и така си сготвихме сами. По време на престоя ни в Кайзери опитахме много и различни традиционни турски ястия и питиета. Харесвам много турската кухня, защото е пикантна и много вкусна, а най-хубавото е турското кафе. Освен това се разходихме в центъра на Кайзери, видяхме замъка и градските стени. Изпробвахме техника за рисуване на вода, наречена Ебру, след което снимахме произведенията си а спомен.
По време на този проект научих много за културата, религията, възгледите, интересните места, политиката и обичаите на Полша, Унгария и особено на Турция. Възхищавам се на техния начин на мислене и изразяване, на гледните им точки и на темперамента им. Много съм щастлива, че се запознах с всички участници, както и че с някои от тях продължаваме да поддържаме връзка. Създадохме чудесни приятелства там и аз никога няма да забравя първия си обмен – благодарение на Български Младежки Форум имах възможността да направя нови открития за изкуството и литературата на Европа и Турция.
Това бе историята на нашето приключение. В заключение мога да кажа, че беше неповторимо преживяване!

Our adventure began with a 23-hour bus travelling on 22nd October. We were not tired because everyone was excited – we were going to Kayseri, Turkey, as a part of youth exchange program. Our project was called “New Discoveries through Art and Literature in Europe” and included 22 participants from Turkey, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria. The duration of the project was 9 days and I can say that these were some of the most interesting days of my life.
When all of the groups had arrived in Kayseri and had settled in the hotel, we gathered together in our special room – “fire room” we called it. We began our daily activities and everyone presented themselves by saying their name and a few words to describe their personality. After that we had our lunch and then played ice breaking games during the whole afternoon. It was very funny for all of us because we had some difficulties to remember the others’ names, but by the end of the day we knew each other better. One of the workshops included all of us to write and then share their expectations and fears about the project. Many of the things we wrote were similar and now I may say that my expectations were justified and even exceeded.
I don’t know if I should proceed firstly with the workshops and then with the fun part because I think we had fun all of the time, whether working or going for walks. In order to discover Turkish art, we went to the photo gallery of a very famous Turkish photographer. He showed us a presentation with his best photos – in my opinion they were very beautiful and thrilling – showing life in different places in Turkey. Then we went in his studio to make photos of ourselves. After that we took a walk in Forum Kayseri (a shopping center) where we had a lot of fun – eating ice cream, drinking Turkish coffee and tea, making funny photos and talking to each other. Even one of the girls from the Turkish group told our fortunes by the coffee dregs.
Another workshop we had was about stereotypes of the other countries – what do we know about every one of the other countries. It was interesting to know what the others think of us as a nation and to explain which stereotypes are right and which ones are wrong. We also played a game to see if we trust each other and other energizers to make a bond between all of the participants.
While learning about the Turkish culture, we visited many interesting places. We went to see Kayseri zoo and Mazakaland where we had a walk and drank Turkish tea. Also we went to walk around Talas underground city and Ancient Talas where we were attached to a tourist guide who told us about the history of Talas. One of the most interesting places we visited was Cappadocia. Every piece of Cappadocia was spectacular – the historic mansions and cave houses, the pottery shop where a potter showed us how to make different kinds of pots, the Hair museum where we left a part of our hair, the restaurant where we ate and danced, the Cappadocia hills where we dreamed… We even went wine-tasting where we tried homemade Cappadocian wine which all of us considered very delicious. Everything was so magical there that we didn’t want to leave.
Our free time was also amazing. We went to a salsa lesson which was very exciting for me because I love dancing and also my salsa partner was very good. We had a barbecue on Kayseri hills and we made our lunch by ourselves. Some of the nights we had room parties and while dancing and talking we learned a lot about each other. During our stay in Kayseri we tried lots of different traditional Turkish meals and drinks. I like Turkish cuisine a lot because it is spicy and very delicious. And the best is Turkish coffee. We also took a walk in the center of Kayseri, we saw the Castle and Kayseri city walls. We tried water painting – called Ebru – we made a picture and took it as a keepsake.
During this project I learned a lot about the culture, religion, views, interesting places, politics and customs of Poland, Hungary and especially Turkey. I admire their way of thinking and expression, points of view and temper. I am very happy that I met all of the participants in the project and that we still keep in touch with some of them. We made great friendships there and I will never forget my first project – thanks to the Bulgarian Youth Forum I had the chance to make new discoveries through art and literature in Europe and Turkey.
And that was the story of our adventure. As a conclusion I may say that this was once in a lifetime experience!

Un Viaje Por Recordar

Nuestra aventura empezó con el 22 de octubre un viaje en autobús que duró 23 horas. No estabamos cansados porque nos sentíamos entusiasmados ya que íbamos a Kayseri, Turquía a participar en un programa de intercambios juvenil. Nuestro proyecto se llama New Discoveries through Art and Literature in Europe e incluyó a 22 participantes de Truquía, Polonia, Hungríaр y Bulgaria. El proyecto duró 9 días y no me cuesta decir que esos fueron unos de los días más interesantes de mi vida.
Cuando todos los grupos habían llegado a Kayseri y nos habíamos instalado en el hotel, nos reunimos en nuestra habitación especial que nombramos la habitación en fuego. Empezamos con el trabajo del día presentándonos sucesivamente con nuestros nombres y algunas palabras que describieran nuestra personalidad. Después almorzamos y por la tarde jugamos a varios ice-breakers. Nos pareció muy divertido a todos porque nos dificultaba recordar los nombres de los compañeros pero al final del día ya nos conocíamos mejor. En uno de los talleres teníamos que escribir y compartir nuestras esperanzas y miedos en cuanto al proyecto. Además de que una gran parte de las cosas que escribimos entonces se pareciera entre sí, hoy puedo decir que mis esperanzas se realizaron y aun fueron sobrepasadas.
No sé si empezar mi relato con los talleres y seguir con la parte divertida porque creo que nos divertíamos todo el tiempo, no importa si se trataba de trabajo o de paseos. Para que descubriéramos el arte turco, fuimos a visitar la galería artística de un fotógrafo turco muy famoso. Él nos mostró sus fotos de la vida en diferentes parte del país mejores, que en mi opinión fueron muy bellas y emocionantes; tras eso, fuimos a su estudio para hacer algunas fotos de nosotros mismos. Después fuimos al Forum Kayseri (un centro comercial) donde nos divertimos muchísimo: comimos helado, bebimos café y té turcos, tomamos fotos cómicas, y conversamos. Además una de las chicas del grupo turco nos dijo la buena ventura con la ayuda del café quedado.
Uno de los talleres que hicimos trató los modelos estereotípicos que tenemos de los otros países y lo que sabemos de ellos de verdad. Me fue interesante ver qué pensaban los otros y explicarles cuáles de los estereotipos tienen razón y cuáles no. En ese taller jugamos a un juego cuyo fin fue ver si confiábamos el uno en el otro y a otros energizers para relacionarnos.
Mientras aprendíamos de la cultura turca visitamos muchos lugares interesantes. Fuimos al zoo de Kayseri y a Mazakaland donde bebimos té turco. Además fuimos a pasear por la ciudad subterránea de Talas y por el Talas antiguo donde un guía turístico nos relató la historia de esa ciudad. Uno de los lugares más interesantes que visitamos fue Capadocia. Cada parte de Capadocia fue espectacular: las mansiones históricas y las casas en cuevas; las tiendas de alfarería donde un alfarero nos mostró cómo hacer diferentes tipos de tarros y botes; el Museo del Pelo, donde dejamos pelos nuestros; un restaurante donde comimos y bailamos; las colinas de Capadocia donde soñamos… Aun fuimos a probar vino doméstico de Capadocia que todos consideramos delicioso.Todo fue tan mágico que no quríamos irnos.
El tiempo de ocio también fue increíble. Tuvimos una lección de salsa que me excitó mucho poque a mí me encanta y, lo que es más, mi compañero de salsa también fue muy talentoso. Organizamos una barbacoa en las colinas de Kayseri en la que hicimos el almuerzo nosotros mismos. Algunas de las noches tuvimos fiestas en las habitaciones y mientras bailábamos y conversábamos, aprendíamos mucho de sí mismos. Durante nuestra estancia en Kayseri probamos un montón de comidas y bebidas turcas tradicionales. A mí me gusta la cocina turca porque es picante y sabrosa, y lo mejor es el café turco. Además nos paseamos por el centro de Kayseri, vimos el Castillo y los muros de Kayseri. Probamos la técnica Ebru que consiste en pintar sobre el agua tras lo que hicimos fotos de nuestras obras y las guardamos como recuerdos.
Durante el proyecto aprendí mucho de la cultura, religión, visiones, lugares interesantes, la política y las costumbres de Polonia, Hungría, y de Turquía, en particular. Admiro sus modos de pensar y de expresarse, sus puntos de vista y su temperamento. Estoy muy feliz por la oportunidad de encontrarme con todos los participantes en el proyecto y de que con algunos de ellos todavía mantenemos el contacto. Allí trabamos amistades y yo nunca olvidaré mi primer proyecto; gracias al Foro Búlgaro Juvenil tuve la oportunidad de hacer descubrimientos nuevos mediante el arte y la literatura en Europa y Turquía.
Esta es la historia de nuestra aventura. Para concluir puedo decir que ¡esa fue una experiencia una vez en la vida!

Unser Abenteuer begann mit einer 23 –Stunden langen Busfahrt am 22. Oktober. Wir waren nicht müde, weil jeder aufgeregt über den kommenden Jugendaustausch in Kayseri , die Türkei war. Unser Projekt wurde “ Neue Entdeckungen über Kunst und Literatur in Europa“ genannt und umfasste 22 Teilnehmer aus der Türkei, Polen, Ungarn und Bulgarien. Die Laufzeit des Projekts betrug 9 Tage und ich kann sagen , dass diese einige der interessantesten Tage meines Lebens waren.
Wenn alle Gruppen in Kayseri angekommen und im Hotel angesiedelt seien, versammelten wir uns zusammen in unserem speziellen Raum – “ Brandraum “ haben wir es genannt . Wir begannen unsere täglichen Aktivitäten und jeder präsentierte sich damit, ihren Namen und ein paar Worte , um ihre Persönlichkeit zu beschreiben. Danach hatten wir unser Mittagessen und während des ganzen Nachmittags spielten wir Eisbrecher Spiele. Es war sehr lustig für uns alle , denn wir hatten einige Schwierigkeiten , die Namen der anderen zu merken, aber am Ende des Tages kannten wir uns besser. In einer der Werkstätten mussten wir unsere Erwartungen und Befürchtungen über das Projekt mitteilen. Viele der Dinge, die wir schrieben, waren ähnlich, und jetzt kann ich sagen, dass meine Erwartungen berechtigt und sogar übertroffen waren.
Ich weiß nicht, ob ich zunächst mit den Workshops und dann mit dem lustigen Teil anfangen soll, weil ich denke, dass wir Spaß die ganze Zeit hatten, während die Arbeit und auch während die Spaziergänge. Um türkische Kunst zu entdecken , gingen wir in der Fotogalerie von einem sehr berühmten türkischen Fotografen. Er zeigte uns eine Präsentation mit seinen besten Fotos, die das Leben an verschiedenen Orten in der Türkei zeigten und meiner Meinung nach waren sie sehr schön und spannend. Dann gingen wir in sein Studio, um Fotos von uns zu machen. Danach machten wir einen Spaziergang im Forum Kayseri ( ein Einkaufszentrum ) , wo wir eine Menge Spaß hatten – Eiscreme essen , türkischen Kaffee und Tee trinken, lustige Fotos machen und miteinander reden. Auch eines der Mädchen aus der türkischen Gruppe vorhersagte unsere Schicksal von den Kaffeesatz.
Ein weiterer Workshop wir hatten, war über Stereotypen von den anderen Ländern – was wissen wir über jeden von den anderen Ländern. Es war interessant , zu wissen, was die anderen von uns als Nation denken, und zu erklären, welche Stereotypen richtig sind und welche – falsch. Wir spielten auch Spiele um zu sehen, dass wir uns gegenseitig vertrauen können, und andere Energizer, um eine Verbindung zwischen allen Teilnehmern zu machen.
Während des Lernens über die türkische Kultur , besuchten wir viele interessante Orte . Wir gingen in Kayseri Zoo und Mazakaland, wo wir einen Spaziergang machten und türkischen Tee tranken. Auch gingen wir in die unterirdische Stadt Talas, als auch in die uralten Talas, wo wir einen Fremdenführer hatten, der uns über die Geschichte von Talas erzählte. Einer der interessantesten Orte, die wir besuchten, war Kappadokien. Jedes Stück von Kappadokien war spektakulär – die historischen Herrenhäuser und Höhlenwohnungen , die Töpferei , wo ein Töpfer uns zeigte, wie man verschiedene Arten von Töpfen macht, die Haar Museum, in dem wir einen Teil unserer Haare lassten, das Restaurant, wo wir aßen und tanzten , die Berge Kappadokiens , wo wir träumten … Wir degustierten sogar Weinprobe hausgemachten Cappadocian Wein , die wir alle sehr lecker fanden. Alles war so zauberhaft , dass wir es nicht mehr verlassen möchteten.
Unsere freie Zeit war auch erstaunlich. Wir gingen zu einem Salsa- Lektion, die sehr aufregend für mich war, denn ich liebe tanzen und auch mein Salsa- Partner war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Barbecue auf den Kayseri Hügeln und hatten unser selbsgemachtes Mittagessen dort. Einige der Nächte, hatten wir Zimmer Partys und beim Tanzen und Reden, lernten wir viel über einander. Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Kayseri haben wir viele verschiedene traditionelle türkische Speisen und Getränke versucht. Ich mag eine Menge von der türkischen Küche, weil es scharf und sehr lecker ist. Und das Beste ist, der türkischee Kaffee . Wir haben auch einen Spaziergang im Zentrum von Kayseri, sahen die Burg und Kayseri Stadtmauern. Wir haben versucht, Wassermalerei – Ebru genannt – und machten Fotos darauf.
In diesem Projekt habe ich viel über die Kultur, Religion , Ansichten , interessante Orte , Politik und Bräuche von Polen, Ungarn und vor allem von der Türkei gelernt. Ich bewundere ihre Art von Denken und Ausdruck, ihre Standpunkte und Laune. Ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich alle Teilnehmer an dem Projekt traf, und dass wir immer noch in Kontakt mit einigen von ihnen halten. Wir haben große Freundschaften dort gemacht und ich werde mein erstes Projekt nie vergessen – dank des Bulgarischen Jugendforums hatte ich die Chance, neue Entdeckungen durch Kunst und Literatur in Europa und in der Türkei zu machen.
Und das war die Geschichte von unserem Abenteuer . Als Fazit kann ich sagen, dass dies eine einzigartige Lebenserfahrung war!
