“International Women Works Platform” беше проект по програма „Еразъм+”, който се състоя в Хатай, Турция от 26–ти юни до 2–ри юли, 2016 година. Той включи 32 участника от Италия, Словения, Латвия, Литва, България и Турция, на възраст между 18 и 25 години. Темите, които участниците разискваха по време на проекта бяха свързани със ситуацията на пазара на труда, засягаща жените. Според проучване на Програмата за Развитие към Обединените Нации от 2013 година, само 4,2% от жените в Хатай работят в област, различна от земеделието. В сравнение с останалата част от Турция този процент е около 20% и в България, страна-членка на ЕС, където процентът на работещите жени достига 53%.
Липсата на заетост и стремеж към активен живот е един от основните проблеми за страната, обществото, а също така и персонално за отделната личност.
Участниците в проекта предложиха варианти за решения на този проблем, благодарение на “International Women Works Platform”, който ще бъде актуализиран с Дамски Предприемачески Клуб, неформална група, основана от младите хора, живеещи в Хатай, с цел прилагането на международни практики и създаването на мрежа, която да работи на международно ниво. Младежите, участващи в проекта, генерираха нови идеи и ги споделиха с властите, отговорни за вземането на решения. Едновременно с това, платформата работи с цел подкрепата на заетостта на жените в ЕС.
Участниците проведоха дискусии относно женското предприемачество и правата на жените. Те успяха да популяризират идеите си посредством различни работилнички и флашмоб в центъра на Хатай. Имаха срещи с работещи дами предприемачи от района и посещения на различни исторически забележителности. Младите хора успяха да научат много за живота, традициите, културата и храната не само в Турция, но също така и в страните-участници, благодарение на фактите, които споделяха помежду си по време на проекта.

“International Women Works Platform” was an “Erasmus+” project, which took place in Hatay, Turkey from 26th June to 2nd July 2016. It involved 32 young people from Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Turkey. The issues that the participants discussed and dealt with during the project were connected with the situation on the job market, concerning the women. According to reports of the United Nations Development Programme from 2013, only 4,2% of the women in Hatay have employment, different from the agriculture, compared to the other parts of Turkey, where 20% of the women population is employed and also to Bulgaria, a EU-member-country, where 53% of the women have jobs. This lack of employment and attendance for active life is a major problem for the country, the society and personally for the individuals.
The participants in the project suggested solutions to this problem thanks to the “International Women Works Platform” project which would be actualized with “Entrepreneur Women Club”, an informal group, set by the young people, living in Hatay, with the implementation of international experience, and they set a network which would work internationally.
The young people generated new ideas and shared them with the decision-making authorities. At the same time the platform performs active work in order to strengthen the women’s employment throughout the EU.
The participants had discussions about the women’s entrepreneurship and the women’s rights. They managed to popularize their ideas through different workshops and a flash-mob in the centre of Hatay. There were meetings with working women, entrepreneurs in the area, visits to different historical places of interest. The young people learned a lot about the life, the traditions, the culture and the food not only in Turkey, but also in the participating countries thanks to the facts they shared during the project.

“International Women Works Platform” fue un proyecto „Erasmus+“, que tuvo lugar en Hatay, Turquía, del 26 junio-2 julio 2016. Involucró 32 jóvenes de Italia, Eslovenia, Grecia, Letonia, Lituania, Bulgaria y Turquía. Los temas que los participantes discutieron y tratados durante el proyecto estaban relacionados con la situación en el mercado de trabajo, en relación con las mujeres. De acuerdo con informes del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo desde 2013, solamente el 4,2% de las mujeres en Hatay tiene empleo, diferente de la agricultura, en comparación con las otras partes de Turquía, donde se emplea el 20% de la población y también para mujeres de Bulgaria, país de la UE, donde el 53% de las mujeres tienen empleos. Esta falta de empleo y de asistencia para la vida activa es un problema importante para el país, la sociedad y la personalmente de los individuos.
Los participantes en el proyecto sugirieron soluciones a este problema gracias al proyecto „“International Women Works Platform”, que se actualizan con el “Entrepreneur Women Club”, un grupo informal, establecido por los jóvenes, que viven en Hatay, con la aplicación de la internacional experiencia, y establecen una red que funcionaría a nivel internacional.
Los jóvenes generan nuevas ideas y las compartieron con las autoridades de toma de decisiones.Al mismo tiempo, la plataforma lleva a cabo un trabajo activo con el fin de reforzar el empleo de las mujeres en toda la UE.
Los participantes tuvieron discusiones acerca de la capacidad empresarial de las mujeres de y los derechos de las mujeres.Ellos lograron popularizar sus ideas a través de diferentes talleres y un flash-mob en el centro de Hatay.Hubo reuniones con las mujeres que trabajan, las emprendedoras de la zona, visitas a diferentes lugares de interés histórico.Los jóvenes aprendieron mucho sobre la vida, las tradiciones, la cultura y la comida no sólo en Turquía, sino también en los países participantes gracias a los hechos que compartieron durante el proyecto.

„International Women Works Platform“ war ein Projekt im Rahmen des Programms „Erasmus+“, in Hatay, Türkei vom 26. Juni bis 2. Juli 2016 stattfand. Es umfasste 32 Teilnehmer aus Italien, Slowenien, Lettland, Litauen, Bulgarien und der Türkei, im Alter zwischen 18 und 25 Jahren. Die Themen, die von den Teilnehmern des Projekts diskutiert wurden, waren mit der Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt verbunden, die die Frauen betrifft. Laut einer Umfrage des Programms zur Entwicklung der Vereinten Nationen von 2013, arbeiten nur 4,2% der Frauen in Hatay in einem anderen Bereich unterschiedlich von der Landwirtschaft. Verglichen mit dem Rest der Türkei liegt dieser Prozentsatz bei rund 20% und in Bulgarien, das ein Mitglied der EU ist, wo das Prozent der berufstätigen Frauen 53% erreicht.
Der Mangel an Berufsbeschäftigung und das Streben nach einem aktiven ist ein der Hauptproblemen für das Land, die Gesellschaft und auch persönlich für die Einzelnen.
Die Projektteilnehmer schlagen Varianten für Lösungen dieses Problems vor, dank dem „International Women Works Platform“, das mit dem Frauen Unternehmerverein aktualisiert wird, der eine informelle Gruppe ist, die von jungen Menschen in Hatay lebend gegründet wurde. Sie hat das Ziel internationale Praktiken anzuwenden und ein Netzwerk zu schaffen, das international tätig ist. Die Jungendlichen, die an dem Projekt teilnahmen, generierten neue Ideen und teilten sie mit den Behörden, die für das Entscheidungstreffen verantwortlich sind. Gleichzeitig arbeitet die Plattform mit dem Ziel die Frauenbeschäftigung in der EU zu unterstützen.
Die Teilnehmer führten Gespräche über das Unternehmertum von Frauen und die Frauenrechte. Es gelang ihnen ihre Ideen durch verschiedene Workshops und Flashmob im Zentrum von Hatay zu fördern. Sie trafen sich mit berufstätigen Frauen aus der Region, die Unternehmer waren und besuchten verschiedene historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Jugendlichen haben viel über das Leben, die Traditionen und die Kultur, das Essen nicht nur in der Türkei gelernt, sondern auch über die Länder, die am Projekt teilnahmen.
