Проектът „Lead the way“ ще се реализира от Български Младежки Форум (БМФ) в партньорство с организациите Isla CreActiva (Испания), VCS Skopje (Македония), Seiklejate Vennaskond (Естония) и Österreichische Kinderfreunde (Австрия). Той ще включи общо 4 ЕДС доброволци на възраст между 18 и 30 г. от Испания, Македония, Естония и Австрия. Доброволците ще пристигнат и живеят в София в продължение на една година от 1 юли 2017 г. до 30 юни 2018 г.
Проектът ще окаже положително влияние в няколко основни насоки, както върху партньорските организации, така и върху доброволците. Основен мотив за реализацията му е обогатяването на екипа на БМФ с доброволци, готови да се включат в ежедневната му дейност. По този начин БМФ ще повиши осезаемо и качествено капацитета на своите специалисти и на организацията като цяло. В тази връзка „Lead the way“ има две основни цели:
-Ефективно да повиши качеството на дейностите на БМФ чрез привличането на чуждестранни доброволци със силна мотивация и добра обща подготовка, които ще засилят международното измерение на младежките дейности и ще повишат общия капацитет на специалистите в БМФ.
-Качествено да повиши и подобри равнището на ключовите компетенции на избраните доброволци, чрез провеждането на специализирана, съобразена с индивидуалните потребности на всеки доброволец подготовка и чрез включването им в основни дейности с младежи на БМФ.
Основните дейности, в които доброволците ще участват с оглед реализацията на посочените цели са:
– Обучение с цел да запознае участниците с целите, задачите и дейностите, извършвани от БМФ, в които те ще вземат участие и които ще подпомагат.
– Курс по български език, който ще започне веднага след като те пристигнат, за да им даде възможност да общуват свободно по време на тяхната доброволческа служба.
– Помощ с организирането на различни младежки прояви, младежки обучения в сферата на неформалното образование, младежки кампании и проекти. Това може да включва дейности от подкрепа на екипа на БМФ в координация на човешки ресурси, комуникация и логистика, до заснемане на фотографии и видеоклипове, които ще бъдат публикувани в комуникационни канали на БМФ.
– Помощ с организирането на различни закрити и открити спортни събития, включително билярд, футбол, тенис на маса, дартс и други спортове. Някои от техните отговорности ще включват заснемане на фотографии и клипове на участниците, взимане на интервюта от тях, подкрепа на екипа на БМФ в комуникацията и логистика около събитието и т.н.
-Публикуване на онлайн материали в социалните и медийните канали на БМФ, отразяващи събитията и превеждането на тези материали на различни езици.
-Създаване материали като брошури, листовки, плакати и др. за промотиране на дейността на организацията и разпространението им в местните училища, за да се включат повече младежи в проектите и събитията на БМФ.
-Организиране на собствени младежки събития и благотворителни спортни турнири.
-Поддръжка на собствен онлайн блог, където ще споделят новите си знания и опит от дейностите, в които те ще вземат участие.
-Участие дейности на БМФ, свързани с писане, изпълнение и отчитане на проекти, главно в рамките на програмата „Еразъм +“.
Часове / дни на доброволческа служба на седмица: 30 часа седмично – 5 дни на служба.
При реализацията на проекта активно ще се прилагат методите на неформалното образование.
Очакваните обучителни резултати на ЕДС доброволците в проект „Lead the way” са напълно синхронизирани със заложените предварително цели и определената програма на проекта. Участниците ще имат възможността да придобият широк спектър от знания, умения и компетенции в областта на неформалното образование и обучение, както и всички процеси около ръководенето на НПО, планирането, подготовката, осъществяването, промотирането и отчитането на европейски проекти, както и организирането, ръководенето, провеждането и отразяването на различни видове спортни събития и мероприятия от ежедневната дейност на БМФ.
Положителното въздействие на проекта „Lead the way“ ще бъде отчетено в подобряването на общото равнище на ключовите компетентности и умения на участващите доброволци, екипите на приемащата и изпращащите организации. Очакваме осезаемо засилването на международното измерение на младежките дейности като цяло. Развитото и наученото от ЕДС доброволците, ефективно ще бъде приложено в рамките на дейността им в изпращащите организации. По този начин очакваме чрез реализацията на проекта да въздействаме върху целевите ни групи, съгласно предварително очакваните резултати от ученето в планираните дейности на проекта.
Потенциалните дългосрочни ползи от проекта са свързани с възможността на доброволците да развият широкоспектърни способности, които покриват голяма част от ключови компетенции необходими на един активен младежки работник. Ще бъде повишен капацитета и международното измерение на партньорските организации, за да могат предоставяните от тях дейности и програми да отговарят по-добре на потребностите на младежите в и извън Европа.
The project „Lead the way“ will be implemented by Bulgarian Youth Forum (BMF) in partnership with the organizations Isla CreAtiva (Spain), VCS Skopje (Macedonia), Seiklejate Vennaskond (Estonia) and Österreichische Kinderfreunde (Austria). It will include a total of 4 EVS volunteers aged between 18 and 30, from Spain, Macedonia, Estonia and Austria. Volunteers will arrive and live in Sofia for one year from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
The project will have a positive impact in a number of directions on both partner organizations and volunteers. The main reason for its realization is enriching the BYF team of volunteers willing to engage in its everyday activities. Thus BYF will increase appreciably and qualitatively the capacity of its specialists and the organization as a whole. In this regard, „Lead the way“ has two main aims:
-To enhance effectively the quality of the activities of BYF by attracting foreign volunteers with strong motivation and good general preparation, that will strenghten the international dimension of youth activities and will increase the total capacity of the BYF specalist.
-To increase qualitatively and improve the level of key competences of the selected volunteers, by conducting specialized, conformable to the individual needs of each volunteer training and through their involvement in main youth activities of BYF.
The main activities in which the volunteers will be involved with a view to the realization of these aims are
-A course aiming to familiarize the participants with the aims, goals and activities performed by the BYF in which they’ll take part and help with.
– A Bulgarian language course which will start as soon as they arrive to allow them to communicate freely during their service.
– Help with the organization of various youth events, youth trainings in the sphere of non-formal education, youth campaigns and projects. This may include activities from support of BYF stuff in coordination of human resources, communication and logistics to taking of picture and videos, which will be published in BYF communication channels.
– Help with the organization of various sport indoor and outdoor events including billiards, football, table tennis, darts and other sports. Some of their responsibilities will include taking of picture and videos of the participants, getting interviews from them, supporting the BYF staff in the communication and logistics around the event, etc.
-Publish online materials in the social and media channels of BYF reflecting the events and translating them in different languages.
-Create materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, etc. to promote the activities of the organisation and distribute them in local schools in order to involve more youths in the BYF projects and events.
-Organize their own youth events and charity tournaments.
-Maintain their own online blog sharing their new knowledge and experience from the activities that they will take part in.
-Participating in BYF activities related to project writing, implementation and reporting, mainly under the programme “Erasmus+”.
Hours/days of service per week: 30 hours a week – 5 days of service.
The methods of non-formal education will be actively applied during the implementation of the project.
The expected learning outcomes of the EVS volunteers in the project „Lead the way“ are fully synchronized with the pre-defined aims and programme of the project. The participants will have the opportunity to acquire a wide range of knowledge, skills and competences in non-formal education and training, as well as all processes concerning the management of NGOs, planning, preparation, implementation, promotion and reporting of European projects, as well as organizing, managing, conducting and coverage of various sport events and tournaments from the daily activity of BYF.
The positive impact of the project „Lead the way“ will be taken into account in improving the overall level of key competences and skills of the participating volunteers, teams of host and sending organizations. We expect tangible strengthening of the international dimension of youth activities in general. The developed and learned by the EVS volunteers will effectively be implemented within the framework of their activity in the sending organizations. Thus through the implementation of project we expect to influence our target groups according to the predefined expected learning outcomes in the planned project activities.
The potential long-term benefits of the project are related to the ability of the volunteers to develop broad capabilities that cover much of the key competencies necessary of an active youth worker. It will be increased the capacity and international dimension of partner organisations, so that they can provide activities and programmes to better meet the needs of young people in and outside Europe.
El proyecto “Lead the Way” será implementado por el Foro Joven Búlgaro en colaboración con las organizaciones Isla CreActiva (España), VCS Skopje (Macedonia), Seiklejate Vennaskond (Estonia) and Österreichische Kinderfreunde (Austria). Incluirá un total de 4 Voluntarios del Servicio de Voluntariado Europeo (EVS) con edades comprendidas entre 18 y 30 años, procedentes de España, Macedonia, Estonia y Austria. Los voluntarios llegarán y vivirán en Sofía durante un año, desde el 1 de julio de 2017 hasta el 30 de junio de 2018.
El proyecto tendrá un impacto positivo en una serie de acciones tanto para las organizaciones socias como para los voluntarios. La razón principal para su realización es enriquecer el equipo de voluntarios de BYF dispuestos a participar en sus actividades cotidianas. Por lo tanto, BYF aumentará apreciable y cualitativamente la capacidad de sus especialistas y la organización en su conjunto. En este sentido, el proyecto tiene dos objetivos principales:
– Mejorar la calidad de las actividades de BYF atrayendo a voluntarios extranjeros con fuerte motivación y buena preparación en general, que fortalezcan la dimensión internacional de las actividades juveniles y aumenten la capacidad total de BYF.
– Aumentar cualitativamente y mejorar el nivel de competencias clave de los voluntarios seleccionados, realizando especializaciones, conformes a las necesidades individuales de cada formación de voluntarios y mediante su implicación en las principales actividades juveniles de BYF.
Las principales actividades en las que participarán los voluntarios con vistas a la realización de estos objetivos
-Un curso con el objetivo de familiarizar a los participantes con los objetivos, metas y actividades realizadas por el BYF en los que participarán y ayudarán.
– Un curso de búlgaro que empezarán de forma inmediata para permitirles comunicarse libremente durante la estancia de su servicio.
– Ayuda a la organización de diversos eventos juveniles, formación de jóvenes en el ámbito de la educación no formal, campañas y proyectos juveniles. Esto puede incluir actividades de apoyo de material de BYF en la coordinación de los recursos humanos, la comunicación y la logística para la toma de fotos y videos, que se publicará en los canales de comunicación BYF.
– Ayuda con la organización de varios eventos deportivos de interior y exterior como billar, fútbol, tenis de mesa, dardos y otros deportes. Algunas de sus responsabilidades incluirán la toma de fotos y videos de los participantes, la obtención de entrevistas con ellos, el apoyo al personal de BYF en la comunicación y logística alrededor del evento, etc.
-Publicar materiales en línea en los canales sociales y de medios de comunicación de BYF reflejando los eventos y traducirlos en diferentes idiomas.
-Criar materiales como folletos, folletos, pancartas, etc. para promover las actividades de la organización y distribuirlas en las escuelas locales con el fin de involucrar a más jóvenes en los proyectos y eventos del FBA.
-Organizar sus propios eventos juveniles y torneos de caridad.

-Participar en las actividades de BYF relacionadas con la redacción, ejecución y presentación de informes de proyectos, principalmente en el marco del programa „Erasmus +“.

Los resultados de aprendizaje esperados de los voluntarios del SVE en el proyecto „Liderar el camino“ están totalmente sincronizados con los objetivos y el programa predefinidos del proyecto. Los desarrollados y aprendidos por los voluntarios del SVE se implementarán efectivamente en el marco de su actividad en las organizaciones de envío. Por lo tanto, a través de la implementación del proyecto esperamos influenciar a nuestros grupos objetivo de acuerdo con los resultados de aprendizaje esperados predefinidos en las actividades del proyecto planeado.
Los beneficios potenciales a largo plazo del proyecto están relacionados con la capacidad de los voluntarios para desarrollar capacidades amplias que cubren gran parte de las competencias clave necesarias de un trabajador juvenil activo. Se reforzará la capacidad y la dimensión internacional de las organizaciones asociadas, para que puedan ofrecer actividades y programas para responder mejor a las necesidades de los jóvenes dentro y fuera de Europa.

Das Projekt „Lead the Way” wird vom Bulgarischen Jugendforum (BJF) in Partnerschaft mit den Organisationen Isla CreActiva (Spanien), VCS Skopje (Mazedonien), Seiklejate Vennaskond (Estland) и Österreichische Kinderfreunde (Österreich) realisiert. Es wird insgesamt 4 EFD-Freiwillige im Alter zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren aus Spanien, Mazedonien, Estland und Österreich einbinden. Die Freiwilligen werden eintreffen und für die Dauer eines Jahres von 1. Juli 2017 bis 30. Juni 2018 in Sofia leben.
Das Projekt wird in mehreren wesentlichen Bereichen einen positiven Einfluss haben, sowohl auf die Partnerorganisationen, als auch auf die Freiwilligen. Das Hauptmotiv für seine Verwirklichung ist, das BJF mit Freiwilligen zu bereichern, die bereit sind, sich an seiner alltäglichen Tätigkeit zu beteiligen. Auf diese Weise erhöht das BJF spürbar und qualitativ die Leistungsfähigkeit seiner Spezialisten und der Organisation als Ganzes. Verbunden damit hat „Lead the Way“ zwei grundlegende Ziele:
- Die Qualität der Tätigkeiten des BJF effektiv zu erhöhen, indem es ausländische Freiwillige mit starker Motivation und guter allgemeiner Vorbereitung anzieht, die die internationale Dimension der Jugendaktivitäten stärken und die allgemeine Leistungsfähigkeit der Spezialisten im BJF erhöhen.
- Das Niveau der Schlüsselkompetenzen der ausgewählten Freiwilligen qualitativ zu erhöhen und zu verbessern, in dem es eine spezialisierte, den individuellen Bedürfnissen eines jeden Freiwilligen entsprechende Vorbereitung durchführt und in dem es sie in die Hauptaktivitäten des BJF einbindet.
Die Hauptaktivitäten, an denen die Freiwilligen zur Realisierung dieser Ziele beteiligt sein werden, sind:
– Eine Schulung, die zum Ziel hat, die Teilnehmer mit den Zielen, Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten des BJF vertraut zu machen, an denen sie beteiligt sein werden und bei denen sie mithelfen.
– Ein Bulgarisch-Kurs, der gleich nach ihrer Ankunft beginnt, damit sie die Möglichkeit haben, während ihrem Freiwilligendienst frei zu kommunizieren.
– Hilfe bei der Organisation von verschiedenen Jugendaktivitäten, Jugendschulungen im Bereich der nichtformalen Bildung, Jugendkampagnen und Projekten. Das kann Tätigkeiten von der Unterstützung des BJF-Teams bei der Koordinierung von Menschlichen Ressourcen, der Kommunikation und Logistik umfassen bis hin zum Aufnehmen von Fotos und Videos, die in den Kommunikationskanälen des BJF veröffentlicht werden.
– Hilfe bei der Organisation von verschiedenen Indoor- und Outdoor-Sportveranstaltungen, darunter Billard, Fußball, Tischtennis, Darts und andere Sportarten. Einige ihrer Verantwortlichkeiten werden einschließen, Fotos und Videos der Teilnehmer zu machen, Interviews mit ihnen zu führen, das Team des BJF bei der Kommunikation und Logistik rund um die Veranstaltung zu unterstützen, etc.
– Publizieren von Online-Materialien in den Social-Media-Kanälen des BJF, welche über die Veranstaltungen berichten und die Übersetzung dieser Materialien in verschiedene Sprachen.

– Organisation von eigenen Jugendveranstaltungen und Sportturnieren zu Wohltätigkeitszwecken.
– Unterhaltung eines eigenen Online-Blogs, wo sie ihre neuen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen teilen, die sie während den Tätigkeiten erworben haben, an denen sie beteiligt sind.
– Teilnahme an Tätigkeiten des BJF, verbunden mit dem Schreiben, Implementieren und der Berichterstattung von Projekten, hauptsächlich im Rahmen des Programms “Erasmus+”.
Wöchentliche Stunden / Tage des Freiwilligendienstes: 30 Stunden in der Woche – 5 Tage Dienst.
Bei der Realisierung des Projekts werden aktiv Methoden der nichtformalen Bildung angewendet.
Die erwarteten Lernerfolge der EFD-Freiwilligen im Projekt „Lead the way“ sind vollkommen mit den vordefinierten Zielen und dem festgelegten Programm des Projektes abgestimmt. Die Teilnehmer werden die Möglichkeit haben, ein breites Spektrum an Kenntnissen, Fertigkeiten und Kompetenzen im Bereich der nichtformalen Bildung und Schulung zu erwerben, sowie auch alle Prozesse rund um die Führung der NGO, der Planung, der Vorbereitung, der Verwirklichung, Werbung und Berichterstattung von europäischen Projekten, sowie die Organisation, Leitung, Durchführung und Widergabe von Sportveranstaltungen unterschiedlicher Art und Aktionen im Zuge der täglichen Tätigkeiten des BJF.
Der positiven Wirkung des Projekts „Lead the way“ wird mit der Verbesserung des allgemeinen Levels der Schlüsselkompetenzen und Fertigkeiten der teilnehmenden Freiwilligen und der Teams der Aufnahme- und Sendeorganisation Rechnung getragen. Wir erwarten eine spürbare Verstärkung der internationalen Dimension der Jugendaktivitäten im Allgemeinen. Die entwickelten und erlernten Fertigkeiten der EFD-Freiwilligen werden effektiv im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeiten bei der Sendeorganisation angewendet. Auf diese Weise erwarten mit der Realisierung des Projektes, auf unsere Zielgruppen einzuwirken, in Übereinstimmung mit den vorher festgelegten erwarteten Lernergebnissen bei den geplanten Aktivitäten des Projektes.
Der potenzielle Langzeitnutzen des Projektes ist mit der Möglichkeit der Freiwilligen verbunden, ein breites Spektrum an Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, die einen großen Teil der Schlüsselkompetenzen abdecken, welche für einen aktiven Jugendarbeiter notwendig sind. Die Leistungsfähigkeit und internationale Dimension der Partnerorganisationen wird erhöht, damit die von ihnen angebotenen Aktivitäten und Programme besser auf die Bedürfnisse der Jugendlichen in und außerhalb Europas abgestimmt werden können.
