„You Create – Couching, Empowering, Activating“

Всяко нещо в живота е уникално като всеки проект, който някога съм преживяла. И няма място за сравнение. По време на проекта „You Create – Couching, Empowering, Activating“, който се проведе в Сан Естебан де Гормаз, Испания, почувствах, че това обучение е толкова вдъхновяващо, че не можех да до чакам да се върна у дома и да приложа знанията на практика и в личен, и в професионален живот. Бяхме хора от осем различни държави, които искаха да изпитат и открият нови инструменти и методи, които щяха да подобрят работата ни като младежки работници. Вдъхнових се от това колко сила се създава, когато хората, които едва ви познават, вярват във вас. И беше много ценно сама да преживея това като човек, който иска да предаде това чувство на други хора. Подкрепяхме се взаимно и когато го правихме виждах повече коя съм аз. Това беше наистина специално обучение и въпреки че беше интензивно, домакините бяха толкова любезни да подготвят за нас много време, включващо магическата култура и история на мястото, където бяхме. По отношение на програмата на проекта, тя е по-скоро като пътуване, отколкото обикновена програма. Тъй като всеки един ден работехме върху нещо, което прави все по-пълната картина в съзнанието ми. Представиха ни интересни методи и техники, които използвам и сега в моя ежедневен живот. Това беше промяна за мен и моя екип. От това как да работим по-ефективно като екип, за да развием собствените си идеи в проекти, които обичаме. Накрая искам да подчертая колко прекрасни хора срещнах там, хора, с които съм в контакт и досега и тъй като те продължават да са част от моя живот, си спомням магическото време, което имахме заедно в Сан Естебан де Гормаз.

Every single thing in life is unique as every project I have ever experienced. And there is no place for comparison. During the project “You create – Couching, Empowering, Activating” which was held in San Esteban de Gormaz, Spain I felt that this training was so inspiring that I couldn’t wait to come back home and put the knowledge into practice in both my personal and professional life. We were people from eight different countries, eager to experience and discover new tools and methods that were going to improve our work as youth workers. I got inspired by how powerful it is when people who barely know you believe in you. And it was very precious to experience this on my own as a person who wants to give this feeling to other people. We were encouraging each other and by doing it I saw more of who I am. It was truly special training, and even though its intensity, the hosts were so kind to prepare for us a great time involving the magical culture and history of the place where we were. About the program of the project, it was more like a journey, than an ordinary program. As every single day we were working on something that was making the big picture in my mind more and more complete. We’ve had very interesting methods and technics introduced which I am now using in my everyday life. It was a game changer for me and my team. From how to work more effectively as a team to developing our own ideas into projects that we love. At the end I want to emphasize on how wonderful people I have met there, people with whom I am in touch even today and as they continue to be part of my life I remember the magical time we had together in San Esteban de Gormaz.

Cada cosa en la vida es única como cada proyecto que he experimentado. Y no hay lugar para comparar. Durante el proyecto „You create – Couching, Empowering, Activating“ que se celebró en San Esteban de Gormaz, España, sentí que este entrenamiento fue tan inspirador que no podía esperar para volver a casa y poner en práctica el conocimiento tanto en mi vida personal y profesional. Éramos personas de ocho países diferentes, ansiosos por experimentar y descubrir nuevas herramientas y métodos que mejorarían nuestro trabajo como trabajadores juveniles. Me inspiré en lo poderoso que es cuando las personas que apenas te conocen creen en ti. Y fue muy valioso experimentar esto por mi cuenta como una persona que desea transmitir este sentimiento a otras personas. Nos animábamos mutuamente y al hacerlo vi más de lo que soy. Fue realmente un entrenamiento especial, y a pesar de su intensidad, los anfitriones fueron tan amables de prepararnos de maravilla para la cultura mágica y la historia del lugar donde estábamos. Sobre el programa del proyecto, fue más un viaje, que un programa ordinario. Como todos los días estábamos trabajando en algo estaba haciendo que la imagen completa en mi mente fuera más y más completa. Hemos presentado métodos y técnicas muy interesantes que ahora uso en mi vida cotidiana. Fue un cambio de planteamiento para mí y mi equipo. Desde cómo trabajar de manera más efectiva como equipo hasta desarrollar nuestras propias ideas en proyectos que amamos. Al final quiero enfatizar como eran de maravillosas las personas que he conocido allí, personas con las que todavía hoy estoy en contacto y que continúan siendo parte de mi vida, recuerdo el tiempo mágico que pasamos juntos en San Esteban de Gormaz.
