Проектът „Respond to your NEET“ се проведе във Вупертал, Германия, известен още като градът с висящата железница. Това беше вторият за мен трейнинг курс, второто невероятно приключение, в което взеха участие 12 държави – България, Македония, Румъния, Германия, Австрия, Полша, Словакия, Италия, Испания, Португалия, Латвия и Кипър.
Какво означава NEET?
„Not in Education, Employment, or Training“ или по-кратко казано и на български – „младежко бездействие“.
Целта на проекта беше да мотивира младите хора да започнат началото на нещо ползотворно за тях и околните. Различните дейности, с които се занимавахме, освен че ни дадоха идеи как да предотвратим „младежкото бездействие“, ни помогнаха ние самите да открием себе си, да открием какво искаме от живота, да се развием като личности и да бъдем мотивирани да постигаме целите си. Научихме как се прави CANVAS business model и CV-video, а в същото време се опознахме помежду си и научихме много за нашите култури и мирогледи. Това изживяваме ми показа колко е важно да се развиваш както в професионално отношение, така и в лично.

The „Respond to your NEET“ project was held in Wuppertal, Germany, also known as the city with the hanging rail. This was my second training course, the second amazing adventure involving 12 countries – Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania, Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Latvia and Cyprus.
What does NEET mean?
„Not in Education, Employment, or Training“ or, in short, in Bulgarian – „youth inactivity“.
The aim of the project was to motivate young people to start something beneficial to them andalso to the other people. The various activities that we have been doing, in addition to giving us ideas on how to prevent youth inactivity, have helped us to find ourselves, to find out what we want from life, to develop as individuals and to be motivated to achieve our goals. We learned how to make CANVAS business model and CV-video, and at the same time we got to know each other and learned a lot about our cultures and worldviews. This experience has shown me how important is to develop both professionally and personally.

El proyecto „Respond to your NEET“ se ocurrió en Wuppertal, Alemania, también conocida como la ciudad con el tren colgante. Este fue mi segundo intercambio, la segunda aventura asombrosa en la que participaron 12 países: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Rumania, Alemania, Austria, Polonia, Eslovaquia, Italia, España, Portugal, Letonia y Chipre.
¿Qué significa NEET?
„Not in Education, Employment, or Training“ o, en resumen – „inactividad juvenil“.
El objetivo del proyecto era la motivación a los jóvenes a iniciar algo beneficioso para ellos y para otros. Las diversas actividades que hemos realizado nos dieron ideas sobre cómo prevenir la inactividad de los jóvenes, nos han ayudado a encontrarnos, a descubrir lo que queremos de la vida, a desarrollarnos como individuos ya estar motivados para alcanzar nuestros objetivos. Aprendimos sobre el modelo de Business model Canvas y CV-video, y al mismo tiempo nos conocimos y aprendimos mucho sobre nuestras culturas y visiones del mundo. Esta experiencia me mostró lo importante que es desarrollar profesional y personalmente.

Das „Respond to your NEET“ Projekt war in Wuppertal statt, auch als Stadt mit der Hängeschiene bekannt. Dies war meine zweite Trainingskurs, die zweite erstaunliche Abenteuer mit 12 Ländern – Bulgarien, Mazedonien, Rumänien, Deutschland, Österreich, Polen, Slowakei, Italien, Spanien, Portugal, Lettland und Zypern.
Was bedeutet NEET?
„Nicht in Bildung, Beschäftigung oder Ausbildung“ oder kurz gesagt in bulgarisch – „Jugendinaktivität“. Das Ziel des Projekts war es, Jugendliche zu motivieren, etwas Gutes zu ihnen und anderen zu starten. Die verschiedenen Aktivitäten, die wir gemacht haben, zusätzlich dazu, uns Ideen zu geben, wie wir die Jugendinaktivität verhindern können, haben uns geholfen, uns selbst zu finden, um herauszufinden, was wir vom Leben wollen, sich als Individuen entwickeln und motiviert werden, unsere Ziele zu erreichen. Wir haben gelernt, CANVAS-Geschäftsmodell und CV-Video zu machen, und gleichzeitig haben wir uns kennen gelernt und viel über unsere Kulturen und Weltanschauungen gelernt. Diese Erfahrung hat mir gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich zu entwickeln.
