В свое интервю секретаря на ООН Бан Ки Мун преди време каза, че за да се отключи потенциала на младите хора с тях трябва да се установи здравословно партньорство. Спомних си тези думи по време на обучението, в което участвах посветено на проблемите с детската престъпност и грижата към децата правонарушители – “Crime, youth and social service”, проведено в гр. Балъкесир, Турция.
Според мен през тази седмица се затвърди доброто сътрудничество и по-тясното взаимодействие между младежки организации имащи отношение по тази значима тема. Положени бяха основите и на международна мрежа от неправителствени организации /НПО/ целяща представянето на проблема с детската престъпност на международно ниво.
Преодоляването на проблема чрез функционирането на мрежа от НПО позволява постигането на по-големи и амбициозни цели. По този начин те увеличат своя мащаб на действие и ще допринесат за изграждането на по-силно и отговорно гражданско общество, загрижено за децата.
По време на престоя ни в Балъкесир посетихме няколко институции за малолетни и непълнолетни правонарушители от семеен тип. Там впечатление ми направи адекватния, възпитателен и социализиращ педагогически контрол, който не би бил възможен без професионализма на работещите там специалисти.
Благодарение на активното участие на всички присъстващи, по време на обучението обменихме множество идеи и полезни практики за това как да се промени посоката на рушащото, отклоняващо се от общоприетите норми поведение при децата към съграждащо. Бе широко дискутирана и ролята на широката общественост, имащо отговорността за успешната социализация на тези търсещи внимание и топлина деца, чрез специализираните институции, училищата, политическите и младежки организации. В следствие на дискусиите се убедих, че като част от това общество, всички ние трябва да помогнем на младежите да разберат, че енергията и знанието, които влагат в развитието си са ключови за бъдещето им, че трябва да вярват във възможностите си, за да имат свободата на избор, свободата да мислят и избират.
Всички участници се обединихме около идеята за създаване на ясен механизъм за участие на младежите в процеса на формиране на ползотворни връзки с непълнолетните правонарушители, което не би било възможно без поддържането на постоянен структуриран диалог между вземащите решения на всички нива и младежките организации.
Хората, с които се запознах по време на обучението ме впечатлиха със своя чар и интелект, а местата, които посетих ме плениха със своята история и красиви кътчета. България изцяло се вписа в духа на тазгодишното послание за партьорство с младежите от други държави за развитието на потенциала и благото не само на децата от отделните държави, участвали в проекта, но и на човечеството като цяло.
Нека винаги имаме вяра в това, което правим, надежда, че ще се случи и любов за всички, които участват в него!

Communication and Creative Potential Are the Key to Success

In an interview, U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said some time ago that to unlock the potential of young people, a healthy partnership with them has to be established. I remembered these words during the training I underwent on the subject of youth crime and the care of children who have broken the law – “Crime, youth and social service”, which took place in Balikesir, Turkey.
In my opinion, during the week of the training course, closer cooperation and bonds between youth organizations involved in this area were enhanced. Foundations were established for the development of an international network of nongovernmental organizations (NGO’s) with the purpose of presenting the issue of youth crime on the international scene.
Seeking solutions regarding this problem through a network of NGO’s allows the setting of bigger and more ambitions goals. In this way, the scope will be widened, which will contribute to building a stronger and more responsible civil society with concern for children.
During the stay in Balikesir we visited several institutions of family type for juvenile offenders. I big impression made the adequate, educational and socializing manner of pedagogical control, which would have been impossible without the professionalism of the specialized staff.
With the benefit of the active participation of all involved in the course of this training, a multitude of ideas were exchanged and better practices with regard to the goal of achieving a constructive adolescent behavior, rather than a destructive one. A widely discussed topic was the responsibility of the society as a whole for the successful inclusion of these children seeking warmth and attention through specialized institutions, political and youth organizations.
In the course of the discussions, I became convinced that, as part of the civil society, everyone has to contribute to the young peoples’ better understanding that the amount of energy and knowledge they invest in their personal development are key to their future. Young people also have to trust their abilities in order to have freedom of thought and choice.
All participants united around the idea for creating a clear mechanism for the participation of youths in the process of forming fruitful ties with adolescent offenders. The latter would not be possible without maintaining a structural dialog between the decision makers and all levels of youth organizations.
The participants of the training, whom I met during the course, impressed me with their charm and intellect, while the places I visited captured me with their history and beautiful scenery. The Bulgarian perspective was entirely fitting with the spirit of this year’s message for partnership between the young people from different countries with the aim of developing the potential, not only of children from the states participating in the project, but of humanity as a whole.
Let us keep faith in what we do, trust that it will get done, and have love for all involved in this.

En una entrevista suya hecha hace tiempo el Secretario general de la ONU Ban Ki Mun dijo que para dar paso a los talentos de los jóvenes debería empezar una cooperación con ellos. Me me di cuenta de esas palabras suyas durante el curso en que participé. Fue dedicado a los problemas de la delincuencia juvenil y el cuido a los niños criminales – “Crime, youth and social service”, Balakesir, Turquía.
Según mi opinión fue una semana para fortalecer la buena cooperación y la interacción entre organizaciones juveniles que tuvieran interés sobre este tema importante. Fueron también puestos los bases de una red internacional de organizaciones no – gubernamentales (ONGs) con el fin de presentar el problema de la delincuencia juvenil a un nivel interenacional.
El sobrepaso del problema a través del funcionamiento de una red de ONG permite el cumplimiento de objetivos aun más ambiciosos. De esta manera los ONGs van a ampliar su campo de acción y van a apoyar la creación de una sociedad cival más responsable y poderosa que este preocupada por los jóvenes.
Durante nuestra estancia en Balakesir visitamos varias instituciones de criminales infantiles y menores de edad. Noté allí el control adecuado, educativo y de socialización que no sería posible sin el profesionalismo de los especialistas que trabajaban allí.
Gracias a la participación activa de todos durante el curso intercambiamos muchas ideas y buenas prácticas sobre el tema cómo cambiar el comportamiento destructivo y desviado de las normas de los jóvenes y hacerlo creativo. Se discutió también el papel de la sociedad que tenía la responsbilidad de la socialisación buena de los niños que necesitaban cariño mediante las instituciones especializadas, los colegios, las organizaciones políticas y juveniles. Como consecuencia de la discusión me di cuenta de que, como parte de esta sociedad, todos deberíamos apoyar a los jóvenes para que entendieran que la energía y los conocimientos que implicaran en su desarrollo eran la clave para su futuro y que deberían tener fé en sus posibilidades para que tuvieran la libertad de escoger.
Todos los participantes nos unimos junto a la idea de crear un mecanismo claro de participación de los jóvenes en el proceso de crear relaciones útiles con los criminales menores de edad. Esto no sería posible sin enatblar un diálogo permanente entre los que tomaran las decisiones y las organizaciones juveniles.
La gente que conocí durante el curso me impresionó con su encanto e inteligencia. Los lugares que visité – con su hitoria y belleza. Bulgaria ha dado su parte en el mensaje de colaboración con los jóvenes de otros estados sobre el desarrollo de sus posibilidades y el bien no solo de los niños de los países participantes, sino de la humanidad en su conjunto.
Qué siempre tengamos fé de que lo que hacemos, esperanza de que va a realizarse y amor para todos que participen.
Estoy agradable de que fue parte de este grupo.

In einem Interview, hat der UN-Generalsekretär Ban Ki Moon vor einiger Zeit gesagt, dass um das Potenzial der jungen Menschen zu entsperren, muss man eine gesunde Partnerschaft mit ihm festgelegen. Ich erinnerte mich an diese Worte während der Ausbildung, die ich über das Thema Jugendkriminalität und die Betreuung von Kindern, die das Gesetz gebrochen haben unterzog – “ Kriminalität, Jugend und Sozialdienst“, die in Balikesir, Türkei stattfand.
Meiner Meinung nach, wurden während der Woche des Lehrgangs engere Zusammenarbeit und Bindungen gekündigt zwischen den Jugendorganisationen, die in diesem Bereich beteiligt sind. Grundlagen für die Entwicklung eines internationalen Netzwerkes von Nichtregierungsorganisationen (NGOs) wurden etabliert, mit dem Zweck, die Frage der Jugendkriminalität in der internationalen Szene zu präsentieren.
Die Suche von Lösungen in Bezug auf dieses Problem durch ein Netzwerk von NGOs ermöglicht die Einstellung größer und ehrgeiziger Ziele. Auf diese Weise wird der Anwendungsbereich erweitert, was für den Aufbau einer stärkeren und verantwortungsvoller Zivilgesellschaft, mit Sorge für Kinder, beitragen wird.
Während des Aufenthalts in Balikesir besuchten wir mehrere Institutionen für jugendliche Straftäter von Familientyp. Ich bemerkte die angemessene erziehrische und sozialisierende pädagogische Kontrolle, die nicht möglich wäre, ohne die Professionalität dieser Spezialisten dort.
Dank der aktiven Beteiligung aller Teilnehmer während des Trainings, wurden viele Ideen und gute Praktiken ausgetauscht , wie man die Laufrichtung bei Kindern, die abweichend von anerkannten Normen Verhalten, ändern kann. Ein viel diskutiertes Thema war die Verantwortung der Gesellschaft als Ganzes für die erfolgreiche Integration dieser Kinder, die Wärme und Aufmerksamkeit suchen, durch spezialisierte Institutionen, politische und Jugendorganisationen.
Im Laufe der Diskussionen wurde ich davon überzeugt, dass im Rahmen der Zivilgesellschaft, jeder von uns muss den jungen Menschen helfen, einen besseren Verständnis zu haben, dass die Menge an Energie und Wissen, das sie in ihre persönliche Entwicklung investieren, der Schlüssel zu ihrer Zukunft kann sein. Junge Menschen müssen auch ihre Fähigkeiten vertrauen, um die Freiheit des Denkens und der Wahl zu haben.
Alle Teilnehmer wurden rund um die Idee für die Schaffung eines klaren Mechanismus für die Beteiligung von Jugendlichen in den Prozess der Bildung sinnvolle Beziehungen mit jugendlichen Straftätern vereint. Letzteres wäre nicht möglich ohne die Aufrechterhaltung einer strukturellen Dialog zwischen den Entscheidungsträgern und allen Ebenen der Jugendorganisationen.
Die Teilnehmer in der Schulung, die ich im Laufe der Zeit traf, beeindruckten mich mit ihrem Charme und Intellekt, und die Orte, die ich besucht habe, einprägten mich mit ihrer Geschichte und die schöne Landschaft. Die bulgarische Perspektive war ganz passend mit dem Geist der diesjährigen Botschaft für die Partnerschaft zwischen den jungen Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern mit dem Ziel, das Potenzial, nicht nur Kinder aus den Staaten an dem Projekt beteiligten, sondern der Menschheit als Ganzes, zu entwickeln.
Halten Sie die Treue, an was wir machen, das Vertrauen, dass alles gemacht wird, und die Liebe für alle, die daran beteiligt sind.
