Сдружение „Center for Development of Structural Instruments“ с международните партньори от Италия, България и Испания обяви края на проекта „Fri(E+)nd„. Проектът беше финансиран от средства, предоставени от Европейския съюз чрез програмата „Еразъм+“, Ключово действие 1.
Групата на този проект беше съставена от 27 младежки работници. Те участваха в продължение на 8 дни в различни дейности чрез методи за неформално образование, които целяха да повишат осведомеността за нуждата от развиване на работата с младежи. Продължителността на младежкия обмен беше между 17.09.2017 г. и 23.09.2017 г. Дейността на този обучителен курс се проведе в Хорезу, Румъния, където участниците имаха среда за работа в мрежа и работа в екип, за да осъществят определени дейности в областта на недискриминацията, развиване на културните умения, както и повишаване на самочувствието.
Специфични цели на проекта включваха:
- След приключването на шестте месеца, 27-те младежки работници се научиха как да посрещнат нуждите на младите хора, какви са проблемите и как да се мотивират в доброволческата работа.
- По време на мобилността 27 младежки работници придобиха нови умения в проектирането на привлекателени послания за младите хора в социалните медии и интернет за привличане на същите в неформални методи за образователни дейности и за обучаването им да работят в екип.
- В края на проекта младежките работници бяха по-съпричастни към младите хора, помотивирани за гражданското участие, знаеха как да използват неформални методи на обучение и как да преодоляват стереотипите и предразсъдъците.
По време на мобилността младежките работници посетиха гимназията „Константин Бранконеану“ в Хорезу, като успяха да включат в дейности общо 150 младежи. Младежките работници бяха обучавани чрез неформални образователни дейности и това им помогна да осъзнаят значението на участието в общността.

Association “Center for Development of Structural Instruments” with transnational partners from Italy, Bulgaria and Spain announced the closure of project activities “Fri(E+)nd”. The project was financed by funds provided by the European Union through the programme “Erasmus+” Key Action 1.
The group of this project was comprised of a total of 27 young workers. They participated for 8 days in various activities undertaken by non-formal education methods, which aimed to raise awareness on the need to develop first aid practices. Duration of the youth exchange was between 17.09.2017 and 23.09.2017. The activities of this training course took place in Horezu, Romania, where participants had an environment for networking and teamwork in order to implement certain activities in the field of nondiscrimination, develop the cultural skills, increase self-confidence.
Specific objectives of this project included:
- After completion of six months, the 27 youth workers have learned how to meet the needs of young people, what are the problems and how to motivate in volunteering.
- During the mobility 27 youth workers have acquired new skills in designing attractive messages for young people in the use of public media and Internet to attract young people in ed non-formal activities and learn to work in teams.
- At the end of the 27 youth workers have been more empathetic towards young people will be motivated civic involvement, they will know to use ed met the formal and know to overcome stereotypes and prejudices.
During mobility young people from the high school Constantin Brancoveanu, Horezu, have been involved, bringing a total of 150 young people. Youth workers have been trained non-formal education activities that will attract and help them realize the importance of getting involved in the community.

La Asociación „Centro para el Desarrollo de Instrumentos Estructurales“ con socios transnacionales de Italia, Bulgaria y España anunció el cierre de las actividades del proyecto „Viernes (E +) nd“. El proyecto fue financiado con fondos proporcionados por la Unión Europea a través del programa „Erasmus +“ Acción clave 1.
El grupo de este proyecto estaba compuesto por un total de 27 jóvenes trabajadores. Participaron durante 8 días en diversas actividades llevadas a cabo mediante métodos de educación no formal, que tenían como objetivo crear conciencia sobre la necesidad de desarrollar prácticas de ayuda más estrictas. La duración del intercambio de jóvenes fue entre el 17.09.2017 y el 23.09.2017. Las actividades de este curso de capacitación se llevaron a cabo en Horezu, Rumania, donde los participantes tuvieron un entorno de trabajo en red y en equipo para implementar ciertas actividades en el campo de la no discriminación, desarrollar las habilidades culturales, aumentar la autoconfianza.
Los objetivos específicos de este proyecto incluyen:
1. Después de completar seis meses, los 27 trabajadores juveniles han aprendido cómo satisfacer las necesidades de los jóvenes, cuáles son los problemas y cómo motivarlos en el voluntariado.
2. Durante la movilidad, 27 jóvenes trabajadores adquieren nuevas habilidades para diseñar mensajes atractivos para los jóvenes sobre el uso de los medios públicos e Internet para atraer a los jóvenes a actividades no formales y aprender a trabajar en equipo.
3. Al final de los 27 jóvenes trabajadores que han sido más empáticos con los jóvenes habrá una participación cívica motivada, ellos sabrán utilizar la educación formal y conocerán para superar los estereotipos y prejuicios.
Durante la movilidad, jóvenes de la escuela secundaria Constantin Brancoveanu, Horezu, han participado, con un total de 150 jóvenes. Los jóvenes trabajadores han recibido capacitación en actividades de educación no formal que los atraerán y los ayudarán a darse cuenta de la importancia de involucrarse en la comunidad.

Der Verein “Center for Development of Structural Instruments” und seine transnationalen Partnern aus Italien, Bulgarien und Spanien verkündeten den Abschluss des Projektes „Fri(E+)nd”. Das Projekt wurde durch EU-Mittel finanziert im Rahmen des Programms „Erasmus+” Key Action 1.
Die Projektgruppe setzte sich aus insgesamt 27 Jugendarbeitern zusammen. Diese nahmen 8 Tage lang bei allerlei Aktivitäten teil, welche mit nichtformalen Bildungsmethoden durchgeführt wurden und darauf abzielten, Bewusstsein um die Notwendigkeit der Weiterentwicklung von Jugendarbeit zu schaffen. Der Jugendaustausch dauerte von 17. bis 23. September und die Aktivitäten dieses Schulungskurses fanden in Horezu, Rumänien statt. Dort fanden die Teilnehmer die geeignete Umgebung für Networking und Teamarbeit vor, um gewisse Aktivitäten im Bereich der Gleichbehandlung durchzuführen, interkulturelle Fertigkeiten zu entwickeln und das Selbstvertrauen zu erhöhen.
Die konkreten Projektziele umfassten:
1. Nach dem Ende von sechs Monaten haben die 27 Jugendarbeiter gelernt, wie man die Bedürfnisse von jungen Leuten erfüllt, was die Probleme sind und wie man zum Freiwilligendienst motiviert.
2. Während der Mobilität haben die 27 Jugendarbeiter neue Fertigkeiten darin erworben, wie man ansprechende Botschaften für Jugendliche gestaltet und die öffentlichen Medien und das Internet verwendet, um junge Leute für Aktivitäten mittels nichtformaler Bildungsmethoden und für die Arbeit in Teams zu begeistern.
3. Mit Ende der Schulung sind die 27 Jugendarbeiter empathischer gegenüber den Jugendlichen, motivierter für zivile Beteiligung, wissen mehr über nichtformale Bidlungsmethoden und mehr darüber, wie man über Stereotypen und Vorurteile hinwegkommt.
Während der Mobilität waren Jugendliche vom „Constantin Brâncoveanu” – Gymnasium in Horezu beteiligt, was alles in Allem 150 Leute ausmachte. Jugendarbeiter wurden mit nichtformalen Bildungsaktivitäten geschult, was ihnen zu erkennen half, wie wichtig es ist, in die Gesellschaft eingebunden zu werden.
