Our ESC volunteers returned to 28 SOU „Aleko Konstantinov“ in Sofia to conduct an informative session with 7th-grade students, focusing on the harmful effects of smoking and vaping. The workshop addressed the physical, environmental, and societal impacts of these habits, aiming to foster greater awareness among young people.
The session featured an engaging student-led debate, where participants shared their perspectives, challenged common misconceptions, and thoughtfully explored the long-term consequences of tobacco and e-cigarette use.
We were truly encouraged by the students’ active participation and critical thinking. Their openness and willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue on such an important topic made the session both impactful and memorable.
