Today, our ESC volunteers visited the students of 28 SOU „Aleko Konstantinov“ in Sofia to start an anti-vaping campaign, aimed at raising awareness about the growing social issue of smoking and vaping, particularly their harmful effects on health during adolescence. To engage the students, the volunteers presented a video on the topic, providing a clear and impactful overview of the risks involved.
Following the video, the students were divided into „teams“ to participate in a role-playing game designed to foster debate and open communication. This interactive activity encouraged the students to express their thoughts, engage in constructive discussions, and reflect on the importance of making informed choices regarding their health.
Through this session, we aimed to create a space for critical thinking and open dialogue on the dangers of smoking and vaping, empowering students to take responsibility for their well-being.
