Здравейте! Казвам се Мартин Жерков и искам да споделя впечатленията си от тренировъчния курс, в който взех участие благодарение на Български Младежки Форум.
Курсът се състоя от 26.08. 2015 до 02.09.2015 в Балестранд, Норвегия. Темата беше за създаване на филми и професионални снимки. За тези от вас, които не са чували за Балестрад, това е изключително красиво и цветно село, разположено сред един от най-невероятните норвежки фиорди. Комбинацията от изключителна природа, спокойствие и международна група от креативни млади хора направиха този проект незабравим. Благодарение на опитните ментори научих много за техниките, използвани при заснемане, като след теоретичните уроци имахме възможността да практикуваме наученото и да създадем собствени кратки филми, които накрая бяха прожектирани в местното кино. Част от тях бяха удостоени с “оскари” на официална церемония, в която взеха участие и голяма част от местните.
Освен с нови знания се прибрах в България със стархотни спомени и емоции. Нашите домакини от “Cider House” бяха изключително гостоприемни и ни приеха като част от семейството си. Имахме възможността да опитаме от страхотния им местен сайдер и домашно приготвени плодови сокове.
Като финал искам да благодаря на Български Младежки Форум за прекрасната възможност и да посъветвам всички, които все още не са участвали в подобен обмен, да не се колебаят да се включат, защото наистина е едно уникално преживяване.

A Week in the Heaven

Hi to you all! My name is Martin Zherkov and I’d like to tell you about my impressions from the training course I took part in thanks to Bulgarian Youth Forum.
The course took place between August 26 and September 2, 2015 in Balestrand, Norway. The main topic was moviemaking and professional photography. For those of you who haven’t heard of Balestrand, it’s a beautiful and picturesque village that is cuddled in one of the most amazing Norwegian fjords. The combination of beautiful nature, tranquility, and a diverse international group made of creative young people made this project unforgettable. Thanks to the experienced mentors, I learned a lot about the available shooting and moviemaking techniques. After the theoretical part we had the opportunity to practice what we had learned and to create our own short movies, which were shown in the town cinema at the end of the course. Some of them were awarded with “Oscars” at a special ceremony where many local people took active part.
I returned home not only with a lot of fresh knowledge, but also with great memories and impressions. Our hosts at “Cider House” were extremely welcoming and took us in as part of their family. We had the opportunity to try their awesome local cider and homemade juices.
To sum up, I would like to thank Bulgarian Youth Forum for the wonderful opportunity and to advise everyone who still hasn’t been to such an international exchange not to doubt it for a second, because it is truly a wonderful experience.

Una semana en el paraíso

¡Hola a todos! Me llamo Martín Zhérkov y les quiero presentar mis impresiones del curso de formación en el que participé gracias al Foro Juvenil Búlgaro.
Ese curso tuvo lugar entre el 26 de agosto y el 2 de septiembre 2015en Balestrand, Noruega. El tema principal fue el rodaje de pelis y la fotografía profesional. Para los que nunca hayan oído de Balestrand, es una villa bella y pintoresca situada en uno de los fiordos más bonitos de toda Noruega. La combinación de la natura, la tranquilidad y el grupo internacional de jóvenes creativos hizo el proyecto inolvidable. Gracias a los mentores aprendí mucho de las técnicas de rodaje. Después de las sesiones teoréticas tuvimos la oportunidad de practicar lo aprendido y de crear nuestras pelis cortas que fueron proyectadas en el cine local. Algunas de ellas fueron galardonadas con unos “óscars” en una ceremonía oficial en la que también participaron gran parte de los poblanos.
Además de muchos conocimientos nuevos, regresé a Bulgaria lleno de memorias e impresiones. Nuestros huéspedes de “Cider House” nos recibieron muy calientemente y nos aceptaron como parte de su familia. Tuvimos la oportunidad de beber de su sidra local y de sus zumos caseros.
Al final, quiero agradecer a la gente del Foro Juvenil Búlgaro por ofrecerme la oportunidad de vivir todo eso y de aconsejar a todos que todavía no hayan participado en un intercambio juvenil de no pensarlo dos veces, sino participar porque es una experiencia inolvidable.

Eine Woche im Paradies

Hallo! Ich heiße Martin Zherkov und will meine Eindrücke den Trainingskurs mitteilen, an dem ich dank des Bulgarischen Jugendforum teilangenommen habe.
Der Kurs fand von 26.08.2015 bis 02.09.2015 in Balestrand, Norwegen statt. Das Thema war Filme und professionelle Fotos zu erstellen. Für die Menschen, die nichts über Balestrand gehört haben, ist es ein außergewöhnlich tolles und wunderschönes Dorf, das gelegen mitten in einem von den unglaublichsten norwegischen Fjorden ist. Die Kombination von der wunderschönen Natur, Ruhe und internationalen Gruppe voll mit kreativen Jugendlichen macht dieses Projekt unvergesslich. Dank der erfahrenen Mentoren habe ich viel über die Methoden gelernt, die beim Drehen verwendet werden. Nach der theoretischen Vorlesungen haben wir die Möglichkeit das Gelernte zu praktizieren und eigene Kurzfilme zu erstellen, die am Ende im lokalen Kino projiziert wurden. Einige von den Filmen bekommen ein ‚Oskar‘ während der offiziellen Zeremonie, an dem viele von den Einwohnern teilgenommen haben.
Ich kehrte nach Bulgarien nicht nur mit neuen Kentnissen, sondern mit tollen Erinnerungen und Emotionen zurück. Unsere Gastgeber von ‚Cider House‘ waren sehr gastfreundlich und wir waren wie eine Familie. Wir haben die Möglichkeit ihren Apfelschaumwein und zu Hause zubereitete Fruchtsäfte zu kosten.
Zum Schluß will ich dem Bulgarischen Jugendforum für die Möglichkeit bedanken und alle zu beraten, die nicht an solchem Projekt teilgenommen haben, dass sie nicht zögern sollen, um teilzunehmen, weil es wirklich ein unikales Erlebnis ist.
