От 27.07. до 04.08.2019 г. в Роверето, Италия по програма „Еразъм+“ се проведе обучение на тема „Активно младежко участие“, което обедини усилията на представители от 10 различни европейски страни – Италия, Германия, България, Испания, Белгия, Гърция, Унгария, Чехия, Литва, Румъния. Програмата на обучението беше изключително интензивна и включваше ролеви игри, симулации и работа в екип. Бяха разгледани различните нива на участие, основните проблеми и предизвикателства пред страните, беше споделен опит и дадени добри примери, беше направена симулация на избори в „Perfectville”, а така също как би изглеждала “Equaland“, където се зачитат всички права и всеки може да изрази себе си. Чрез „Theater of oppressed”, участниците споделиха личен опит и в екип пресъздадоха на сцена както действителните, така и възможните сценарии за развитие на реални житейски ситуации. Специално внимание беше отделено на темата за включване, какво представлява дискриминацията и силен интерес предизвика играта „Стъпка напред“. Като част от програмата бяха направени две учебни визити. Първата беше свързана с Камбаната на мира, историята около създаването на това важно за региона място и дейностите на фондацията, която организира срещи на лидери с цел запазване на мира. Втората визита беше организирана в Младежкия център на Роверето „SmartLab“ и събра на едно място за среща-разговор участниците в обучението и представители на местната власт – общината на Роверето, регион Тренто и Европейски регион Северен Тирол, Южен Тирол и Тренто, на която бяха представени добри практики за активизиране на младежта, действащите проекти и предстоящите събития.
В програмата беше предвидено и свободно време, в което участниците в обучението имаха възможност да се насладят на природните красоти на Лаго ди Гарда, крайбрежната улица на Рива дел Гарда, окъпаните в слънце тесни улички на Роверето, крепостта и скътаните площадчета на градчето, музея за съвременно изкуство Март или пък да отидат до Тренто, където да се потопят в италианската атмосфера на архитектурни шедьоври, хубава музика, силно „ристрето“ и задължителния “джелато“.
Изключително силно ме впечатлиха перфектната организация, натоварената програма и разнообразните дейности. През цялото време работих в екипи с представители на различни организации и държави и това позволи не само да разширя познанията си, но и да създам нови приятелства. С нетърпение очаквам и следващото обучение, което ще се проведе в Байц, Германия.

The training course “Active Youth Participation”, part of the program Erasmus +, took place in Rovereto, Italy, from July 27th through August 4th and it gathered representatives of 10 different European countries – Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Belgium, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Romania. The course agenda was quite intensive and it included role plays, simulations and team work. We discussed the different levels of participation, the main problems and challenges the countries are facing, we shared experiences and good practices; in the game “Perfectville” we made a simulation of election process and in “Equaland” we checked what it would be like if all rights were equally respected and everybody could express freely their opinion. In “Theater of oppressed” we could share experiences and had to play on stage different stories, either imaginary or from real life. The topic on social inclusion had a special place in the project, we also learned what discrimination is and the game “One step forward” sparked the interest of all participants. We made two school visits as part of the program. The first one was related to the Peace Bell, the story of the creation of this place with regional importance and the activities of the foundation, which coordinates meetings of different leaders with the objective of peacekeeping. The second visit took place in Smartlab, the Youth Center of Roverto, and it brought together the project participants and the representatives of the local administration – the municipality of Rovereto, the Trento region and the Tyrol–South Tyrol–Trentino Euroregion. We exchanged good practices for youth activation and discussed the current projects and the upcoming events.
The program also provided some free time for the participants in the training to enjoy the natural beauty of the Lago di Garda, the waterfront streets of Riva del Garda, the sun-drenched narrow streets of Rovereto, the fortress and the hidden plazas of the town, the Museum of contemporary art, or to go to Trento, where we could immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Italian architectural masterpieces, good music, strong “ ristretto“ and the obligatory „gelato“.
I was extremely impressed by the perfect organization, the intensive program and the variety of activities. During the project I worked with representatives of different countries and organizations, which helped me enhance my knowledge and make new friends. I look forward to attending the next training which will take place in Baitz, Germany.

Nuevos amigos y conocimientos

El entrenamiento „Participación activa juvenil“, parte del programa „Erasmus+“, tuvo lugar en Rovereto, Italia, del 27 de julio al 4 de agosto y reunió a representantes de 10 diferentes países europeos: Italia, Alemania, Bulgaria, España, Bélgica, Grecia, Hungría, República Checa, Lituania, Rumania. El programa del curso fue muy intensa e incluyó juegos de roles, simulaciones y trabajo en equipo. Discutimos los diferentes niveles de participación, los problemas principales y los desafíos que se presentan frente los países, compartimos experiencias y buenas prácticas; en el juego „Perfectville“ realizamos una simulación del proceso electoral y en „Equaland“ verificamos cómo sería si todos los derechos fueran respetados y si todos pudieran expresar libremente su opinión. En „Teatro de los oprimidos“ pudimos compartir experiencias y presentamos en la escena diferentes historias, tanto imaginarias como de la vida real. El tema de la inclusión social tuvo un lugar especial en el proyecto, aprendimos qué es la discriminación y el juego „Un paso adelante“ despertó el interés de todos los participantes. Como parte del programa hicimos. La primera visita estaba relacionado a la Campana de la Paz, la historia de la creación de este lugar con importancia regional y las actividades de la fundación, que organiza las reuniones de diferentes líderes con el objetivo del mantenimiento de la paz. La segunda visita tuvo lugar en Smartlab, el Centro Juvenil de Roverto, y reunió a los participantes del proyecto y a los representantes de la administración local: el municipio de Rovereto, la región de Trento y la Eurorregión Tirol-Tirol del Sur-Trentino. Intercambiamos buenas prácticas para la activación juvenil y discutimos los proyectos actuales y los próximos eventos.
El programa también incluía un poco de tiempo libre, cual los participantes podían utilizar para disfrutaran de la belleza natural del Lago di Garda, la calle frente al mar de Riva del Garda, las calles estrechas y soleadas de Rovereto, la fortaleza y las plazas escondidas de la ciudad, el Museo de arte contemporáneo, o para ir a Trento, donde podríamos sumergirnos en la atmósfera de las obras maestras arquitectónicas italianas, la buena música, el fuerte „ristretto“ y el obligatorio „gelato“.
Me impresionó mucho la organización perfecta, el programa intensivo y la variedad de actividades. Durante el proyecto trabajé con representantes de diferentes países y organizaciones, lo que me ayudó a expandir mis conocimientos y hacer amistades nuevas. Espero con interés asistir al próximo entrenamiento que tendrá lugar en Baitz, Alemania.
