Български Младежки Форум организира и реализира проекта „ACTIVate YOUrself“ – младежки обмен, в Белоградчик от 20 до 28 юни 2017 г. в община Белоградчик, поради ясната осъзнатост за международния проблем с ниските нива на гражданска активност. С цел превенцията му Български Младежки Форум иска да допринесе за активизиране на младите хора в различните демократични общества. По този въпрос кметът на община Белоградчик на 26 юни беше домакин на младежи от шест страни – Македония, Румъния, Германия, България, Турция и Испания, което им даде възможност, на база културното многообразие, да обменят опит и да придобият знания за активно гражданство и включване на младите хора в демократичните процеси на местно, национално и европейско равнище. С наличието на това разнообразие, включването на хора от различни страни на Европа ще се постигне обмен на опит и изграждане на знания в областта на демократичните процеси и институции, повишаване на осведомеността за гражданските права и отговорности, както и насърчаване да се откриват проблеми и да се развиват подходи за справяне с тях.

[/lang_bg] [lang_en]Recognizing the international problem of low rates on civil activism Bulgarian Youth Forum (BYF) organized and implemented the youth exchange project titled “ACTIVate YOUrself” in Belogradchik from 20-28 June 2017 in the municipality of Belogradchik. Aiming to prevent this common problem BYF wanted to contribute to the activating of youth in different democratic societies. For that matter, the mayor of Belogradchik municipality on 26 June hosted youngster from 6 culturally diverse countries Macedonia, Romania, Germany, Bulgaria, Turkey and Spain, giving them the opportunity to exchange experience and gain knowledge for active citizenship and inclusion of young people in democratic processes at local, national and European level. With this diverse inclusion of people from different parts of Europe, the exchange of experience and building of knowledge in the field of democratic processes and institutions will be achieved, the awareness of civic rights and responsibilities will raise as well asencouragement to identify problems and develop an approach to deal with them.

[/lang_en] [lang_es]El municipio de Belogradhick ha sido durante la pasada semana del 20 al 28 de junio de 2017 sede del proyecto “ACTIVate YOUrself”. Este proyecto, organizado e implementado por el Foro Joven Búlgaro, buscaba reconocer y contribuir a la solución de la baja participación y activismo civil a nivel internacional. Por ese motivo, el Foro contribuyó a avivar la juventud de 6 países con sociedades democráticas diferentes. El alcalde del municipio de Belogradchik, recibió a estos jóvenes provenientes de 6 países culturalmente diversos (dígase Macedonia, Rumania, Alemania, Bulgaria, Turquía, España) dándoles la oportunidad de intercambiar experiencias y acumular conocimiento para conseguir que la juventud de sus países sean parte de la ciudadanía activa y sobre todo la inclusión de jóvenes en los procesos democráticos a nivel local, nacional y europeo. Con esta mezcolanza de jóvenes provenientes de diferentes partes de Europa, el intercambio de experiencia y la construcción del conocimiento en el campo de los procesos democráticos y de las instituciones será parte clave de la solución. También se abordarán los derechos y obligaciones civiles como punto de partida para identificar problemas y encontrar marcos que permitan buscar soluciones.

[/lang_es] [lang_de]Im Wissen um das internationale Problem niedriger ziviler Beteiligung organisierte und realisierte das Bulgarische Jugendforum vom 20. bis 28. Juni in Belogradchik das Jugendaustauschprogramm „ACTIVate YOUrself“. Um diesem allgemeinen Problem entgegenzuwirken wollte das BJF mit diesem Projekt dazu beitragen, dass junge Leute verschiedener demokratischer Gesellschaften aktiv werden. In dieser Sache hat der Bürgermeister von Belogradchik am 26. Juni die Teilnehmer aus den sechs kulturell verschiedenen Ländern Mazedonien, Romänien, Deutschland, Bulgarien, Türkei und Spanien eingeladen und bot ihnen die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Wissen über aktive Bürgerschaft und Einbindung junger Menschen in demokratische Prozesse auf lokalem, nationalem und europäischem Level zu gewinnen. Mit der Einbindung von Leuten aus verschiedenen Teilen Europas wird Erfahrungsaustausch und Wissensbildung im Bereich demokratischer Prozesse und Institutionen erzielt, das Bewusstsein über zivile Rechte und Verantwortungen erhöht, sowie auch dazu ermutigt, Probleme zu erkennen und einen Zugang zu entwickeln, diese zu bewältigen.
