As someone who holds an established opinion on youth exchanges, I can genuinely say that this exchange met and even exceeded all my expectations. Despite all the circumstances, I can say that the people were the most motivating force, they were able to come up with different creative approaches for each workshop and were ready to share freely their rich experience during each coffee break. The topic of the exchange, “Be Your Own Boss”, was also covered in full and I was left with the impression that, if need be, I could reach out to a handful of people for advice related to any future endeavors in the field. In general, the experience was extremely adventurous, enriching, enlightening and provoking self-awareness.
