We are happy to share with you good news from our partner Isla CreActiva. The website for the “Theater by Nature” project, which took place in March this year and is funded by the “Erasmus+” program, is ready. The training seminar was aimed at developing the competencies of youth workers and leaders for conflict prevention and resolution, using theatrical methodology and non-violent communication for educational activities in the natural environment. 24 participants from 10 countries, including our volunteers Eson Jamil and Ivana Koleva, had the opportunity to develop these co-existence competencies based on the ability to know and understand our own needs and know how to communicate them to others. An especially valuable skill when working in a multicultural environment or with young people is how to share these needs so as not to disturb or threaten the process of communication and coexistence.
