One of my favourite and most nutritious dishes is the tuna salad bowl. It is good if you have fresh tuna filet, though a can will do good as well.

 

Ingredients that are required for one portion are:

 

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 strand baby onion
  • 1 small package f tuna
  • All purpose spice (vegeta)
  • One small cucumber
  • Olive oil
  • One clove garlic
  • Half a lemon

 

Chop and wash good the ingredients and mix them together. The seasoning mostly depends on you. From the lemon you actually use the juice in order to mild down the oiliness in the salad in general.
