Today I am sharing with you a lunch recipe that is easy to prepare and very delicious as well. I usually prepare pasta in many different was, but since I tend to cook healthy today I am sharing my broccoli pasta recipe.
For one person you will need half a cup chopped broccoli, one garlic clove, olive oil, salt, pepper, one green paprika (fresh), half a cup of mushrooms and a cup of uncooked pasta.
Chop the broccoli, garlic, and the green paprika, and fry them slightly in the pan with olive oil. You can season with salt and pepper, but I usually prefer spicy food so I added a bit of red paprika as well.
After boiling the pasta you can add them within the mixture and stir and fry a bit more.
Put it in a plate and enjoy it.
