Today I am sharing with you a lunch recipe that is easy to prepare and very delicious as well. I usually prepare chicken a day before in a marinade but even if you don’t have that time, or simply you do not want to wait just marinade it an hour before preparation.


For the marinade you will need mustard (preferably not sweet), garlic, cilantro, rosemary and olive oil. You need 2-3 cloves of garlic for 2-3 steaks, the other things are up to you (just keep in mind that you need to cover generously the steaks with the mixture).


Wrap it up in a aluminium foil and bake on 250 celsius degrees.

Clean and steam up the broccoli – do not overcook because it loses all of its nutritive value. Season up with salt and pepper and serve 🙂
