Similar to my previous publication, I want to share another breakfast recipe that is very easy to prepare s well.
Now is coming the season of peaches and fruits and you will have a lot to experiment with. In this smoothie I used thick greek yogurt one banana, peaches and nectarines. I garnished additional with seeds like pumpkin, black seeds, chia seeds, a bit of dry figs chopped, cashews and almonds.
