Very easy way to start your day with a healthy breakfast is a smoothie bowl. This particular recipe that I am sharing with you is a blueberry banana smoothie recipe.
You will need one banana (medium to small sized) and half a cup of blueberries nothing to fancy right?
It would be good if you have a Skyr instead of yogurt but any option will do. Blend those ingredients. You can always do this smoothie option differently depending of whatever you have as fruit at home.
Later on I usually put 3 table spoons of oatmeal inside and some extra seeds like: back seeds, chia seed, pumpkin seeds and almonds as well. They will give you the necessary healthy fats.
On the other hand banana is full of magnesium which is recommended when you are working out, because it helps for the regeneration and nurturing of the whole nervous system and muscles in general. Blueberries are full of antioxidants, so it is additional plus in this breakfast meal.
